Read moreI have been a customer of pollo inka for many years. I would give the food 4 stars. Today I had the worst experience. I placed an order over the phone since I was on my lunch break. My leg has been hurting so I decided to pick up my order on drive thru like I have in other occasions. 2 cars were in front of me so I still waited and when I pulled up to the window I informed the lady at the drive thru I was picking up my order. Her response was "can you get off and pick it up inside?" I questioned her and said "why? I have picked up food many times here and no one has ever denied to let me pay for my food at the window and my leg was hurting and I have trouble walking" She responded by saying she was sorry but I had to get off the car. I was very frustrated and requested to talk to her manager since she had no customer service skills. She said she was the manager and I was shocked. Instead of arguing with me for 5 minutes her drive thru line would have moved faster if she just let me pay and go. I told her I was not going to get off and she took my money and slammed the window, she gave me my change and didn't even say thank you. I love the food but if they allow this type of management the food is not worth it. If I could give 0...
Read moreI can change this review depending on future visits which it'll happen. I've been going to this location since they opened it. I don't like that everyone doesn't know how to use Samsung pay which makes me comes less because I get points with it. The wait at times is very long. I remember I asked for just a salchipala and it took 13 minutes and it happened twice. That's just a bit too much I'd say. And now 2018. When you dine in, you can't have your bottle of ketchup and green sauce in your table anymore. And I say ANYMORE because you used to have that privilege if you dine in instead of to go. Nowadays, they only give you up to 2 green sauces and ketchup wraps and they don't have Salt other than the one that comes in the plastic wares. However, before they used to give you Salt bags. So in that sense, it gotten worse. But still better prices than other Peruvian restaurants. And appreciate that they do contain and offer veggie versions though. My favorite Peruvian restaurant still is the shack. But I hope that this location...
