Yoshinoya Lawndale — Restaurant in Lawndale

This used to be my favorite Yoshinoya and the only one I would go to, but my last experience here yesterday made me never want to go back. They recently put a limit on their condiments (soy sauce, hot sauce, crushed pepper, and ginger) I believe it’s basically two of each per plate. I discovered this about a month ago in a previous visit, but since it was a new rule back then the employee gave me more ginger after I asked her for more and let me know next time they could only give me two. Totally fair and respectable. This time, I pull up to the speaker and order. I pull up to the window, he tells me my total and I give him my card. He hands me my card and receipt back, and then he hands me my food without saying a thing and closes (basically slams) the window. I needed condiments, so I start waving at him to get his attention, he opens the window, and I ask him for everything. He looked annoyed, closed the window, grabbed the condiments, opened the window handed them to me, and then closed (basically slammed) the window and then LOCKED IT. Completely unnecessary, but…he forgot the ginger, so I had to wave him down again. He opens it and I ask him for the ginger, he closes the window again and then comes back to hand me four ginger packets (I had two plates). Immediately, before he could close it I asked (basically yelled because if I didn’t he wouldn’t hear me) how much they cost because I wanted more. He said they can’t sell them and he could only give me two. How are you going to tell a customer how to eat their food? I like my food how I like my food and I don’t mind paying more to eat it how I like it. I get that this might be out of his control, but the customer service, or lack thereof, was entirely up to him. Just terrible. I placed an order for curbside pickup. I arrived on time and used the appropriate button to let them know I was there. I could see them helping the people at the drive through and the counter. After about 5 minutes I called the number for the restaurant but no answer. So of course I went in. No one was at the counter, just one person working the window. Again after waiting about 2 to 3 minutes I loudly said hello, is anyone going to help us. When I finally got her attention she said she was the only one there and she would get to me. There was someone cooking and two people just talking in the back as well as someone at a customer table,maybe on break. The counter person finally asked my name after packing up a couple of other orders. She said mine wasn't ready yet even though it was now 15 minutes late. She finally gave me my order but it was missing a plate. So she rechecked and then was asking the cook for another chicken order. After another couple of minutes she said they were out of veggies. I was a bit sparky and said if it had been ready on time I would have gotten the veggies. She said it would be another 5 minutes. I said the two plates on the counter would get cold and she said it would still be hot. I asked (was not offered) about a substitution and got coleslaw. I asked for the manager name and number and she said she was the manager. I never once got an apology of any kind. When I got home I found that one other order also had no veggies. Hi, thank you for the good customer experience when, I asked for condiments they gave me a good portion of them that was a really satisfactory experience! Now the food was delicious too but the only thing I’m going to complain about is the soda drinks machine and the worst one was the manual sweet tea/ unsweetened tea machine first, I was going to get Pepsi but it wasn’t working came out with water/or sparkling water. I decided to get sweet tea when, I got to the table to eat and drank the sweet tea it was so awful tasted really awful like if they forgot to replace the tea from days back or clean it up. I decided to throw it out and get a new flavor drink. The atmosphere was ok but it was a little dirty the tables and floors the bathroom was alright nothing bad. I understand that maybe they didn’t clean everything right away because it was only 1 hour after they open. Just...
