Round Table Pizza is super tasty! Every pizza company has specials 7 days a week. I had a totally screwed up experience with this specific location today!
After registering all my information (address, credit card information) to your website we then perused (18 minutes) your online menu. I decided to order a small regular crust, with pepperoni, mushroom and olives with your zesty red sauce. Additionally we ordered three (3) Garlic Parmesan Twists.
Upon checking out and selecting my stored address and credit card information, I selected your online only coupon (DAD19) that offered 15% off , in celebration of fathers day. The total came out $22.39 which included our $3.00 tip for the delivery driver. The last step was to proceed to check out, which charged my credit card $22.39. A few seconds later the website said, "failed to process order, try again."
Thus far, I invested (waste of time+money come to find out) thirty-four minutes from conception to check out. I have very little patience for situations like this, and seek full recourse for my wasted time. I contacted the store and explained to the worker everything that had happened.
The employee I spoke with informed me that they were not able to honor the 15% coupon. This is outrageous and hilarious to someone else looking in, not me. Your own companies coupon cannot be honored but instead, your staff offered my family a 10% coupon instead which brought my total to $23.00 not including your drivers delivery tip!
I am frustrated by the bait and switch of this website error, your staff not honoring your own online coupons. First impressions are everything. This was a complete fail on your companies only mission, to serve the customer amazing pizza!
5% off is nothing, the principle of this error is the main issue. I will re-evaluate my opinion of your company based on what solution you provide for this entire goof up.

Pizza was delivered at 10:02PM. I opened the pizza and could not believe my eyes! I ordered three (3) toppings, pepperoni, mushroom and black olives on regular crust. I open the box and there is, black olives, sausage, onion, red onion, chives, tomatoes, pepperoni, mushrooms and BBQ sauce for a total of nine (9) toppings! W T F happened to my order!?!?!?
I couldn't believe how this experience! From failing to complete my order online, to calling into the store and having the discount to not be applied and ending to my order being incorrect with nine (9) toppings I did not order!
I called the store and asked for the manager and ERNESTO explained that there was nothing he could do about this and to call tomorrow to speak to the manager about this. I said, on the receipt it clearly shows three (3) toppings. Open the box and there is nine (9) toppings, W T F...

Read moreI'm not sure if it was the manager or not but my husband and I visit this location and saw that she had the most horrible customer service. Yesterday we experienced a very low level of training and performance quality. I don't know if she was racist or not but I know that the people of color did not leave that restaurant with smile on their faces. There was one black employee who did a good job taking my order but the other lady seemed like she didn't even want to give us a sauce for our parmesan twist. We ordered a 14 piece and she gave us one Ranch. So I had to go back to the counter and explain to the guy with my receipt what we ordered and he apologized and gave me a few more sauces. So I will say if you want the customer service and good food go to the different location or maybe during the hours that she's not there.
