Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

WORST EXPERIENCE!! Merva the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and even gave US A DIRTY LID TO OUR DRINK. THERE WAS DRIED COFFEE ON THE TOP!! I didnt even get coffee!! We were on a extended road trip and ran out of water for our 11month old daughter. We ran in just to see if we could get water from her bottle. She said NO! NOTHING FREE IN OUR STORE! I told her we would pay and even then she still said nothing free! I OFFERED TO PAY!!! We were in a tough spot and just neeed literally 2 ounces of water! I expected better customer service from somewhere like Dunkin! She wouldn't even give me her store number name or customer service number. My significant other even went to try and talk to her and she got super rude with him even after he just asked her for the store number!!! As I walked in the door a gentleman was walking out with a frozen chocolate which was exactly what I was going inside to get. When I was finally able to get my order taken after about 10 minutes I asked the lady for a frozen hot chocolate and she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't make one because the machine was broken and the guy before me didn't get a frozen chocolate but the guy who walked out the door when I was walking in had one not only did she tell me the machine was broken she also told me that she doesn't have any chocolate mix and she can't make a frozen chocolate butt she obviously just made one, she obviously didn't want to do her job and she was not very nice either when I told her that I just watched the guy walk out the door with one that's when she told me that everything was broken and she was out of everything to make it along with not having any ice! I would give them zero if I could it then I can’t leave review. I love Dunkin and I go to my nieces house and I try to go to a different one before I get there because the woman is so rude. I’ve been frequenting that place for at least three years and I haven’t been there in six months and I decided I may be exchanged. No she didn’t disappoint.
