I love Hatian food and was happy to see a restaurant come so close to home. Typically we travel to Boston. I feel like the people really tried to be nice but we did have a language barrier so I am sure the issue was me. I ordered a glass of wine and the bottom of the class was dusty and dirty. I asked for chardonnay and was given mascoto. I asked for rice and beans mixed got white rice with beans on the side. When I told them they brought rice and beans that had been scorched. I told the English speaking sister that was decorating the back room and they got me black rice. Also scorched. We didn't really feel welcomed so we packed up paid even for the food we did not eat. We tipped them and left to eat at a place we really didn't want to support. I want to say I will go back to support but not sure. I will say that it appeared that they just did not have the flow yet because it was a new business. I wish them luck most of all. I hope this review will help them to understand that they have a bit more work to do. I wish the business well but also work to understand the community...

I was truly disappointed by my experience. I made a conscious effort to support a local business, but unfortunately, the service fell short. I politely asked the staff how long the order would take, and the response I received was unexpectedly rude—she became visibly upset and turned her back on me while I was still speaking.

Good customer service is essential, and sadly, that was not my experience here. I ultimately chose not to proceed with my order, as I didn’t feel comfortable after that interaction. While the food may be good, I cannot speak to that, because the lack of professionalism and courtesy overshadowed...

I hate to write this review as I am a fan of this place's food ESPECIALLY it being the only haitian food option around me. But trying to get a hold of this place is a nightmare. They don't answer their phone and even after calling around 10 times yesterday to place an order, someone answered the phone and hung up in my face. Service is horrible which is a shame because the food is good. Please do better, some people want to enjoy some good food after work and not have to wait 30 minutes at the restaurant for it to be ready....
