La Blanca Nieves — Restaurant in Lawrence

I can't complain about the food other than the nacho cheese they dont heat the cheese. my daughter was eating nachos with cold cheese but then after asking they offer to heat it in the microwave so it was okay. The food is great. In the other hand their customers service and I wont say all the staff because their is some staff that's very nice. I say the manager and owner she is the most rude person I have met in my life. My daughters go to kick boxing next door to this establishment and because of that we would go once or twice a week to enjoy their treats. Well also since I do wait in the car with my younger kids while my oldest go to kickboxing. sometimes we would use the bathroom in la blanca nieves. Which since employees knew that I would always come back in when the girls where done they wouldn't never say anything. One day 3 weeks ago. My sister who is 11 and she is dark brown skin she is Hispanic nationality went to use the bathroom. When she came out she was crying in my truck said the a lady told her if she was not buying to not use her bathroom. And also asked her if she speaks Spanish. My 3 year old at that point asked me to go to the bathroom I got out my car walked inside the establishment and asked my sister to take my daughter to the bathroom. The manager peaked her head out and I said Dont worry I have my card and I am going to buy something so my 3year old daughter can use your bathroom she went on to say no that their was no problem. I said well you told my sister that if we dont buy she cant use. She said how would you like it if I walked inside your house and use your bathroom. At the point I was like excuse you but my house is not a business is my home. This is the first time anyone has told us that is not okay we have always been allowed by your employees because they know that when my daughters are done we will come and eat. She told me that she had told that to my sister because she thought my sister was African American I will not use the term she said in Spanish because it's so rude and I am ashamed to say it. And to hear a Hispanic person talk like this after all the discrimination we as Hispanic people go thru every day. So because of my sisters dark brown skin she assume that and ask if she spoke spanish. And said she was only doing it because African American little girls would come in and use the bathroom and leave it a mess. I was so upset this woman had the nerve to say this. For this reason I will never again buy from this establishment. I hate racism and people that act so ignorant. And discriminate by the color of your skin. My sister was hurt she only being a child by this woman who has no...

Horrible customer service. Very unorganized, they never told me that my order was ready and allowed other customers to get their food and to pay before me. When I asked why is my order not ready yet but other people’s orders were ready way faster than mine, they told me my order was ready, but when I was trying to pay the cashier was extremely rude. I’m not coming back and the food wasn’t great either, so not worth it, there’s better places with better...

Terrible service! Bunch of young girls were attending. One just came in, did not wash its hand and start serving the food, they use same plastic disposal gloves all time. I never come back at this place, across street is the competitors they have better service. Supper...
