They have a cake catalog that you can, as a customer, choose the cake that you like to order, so I did like one. I asked the person if it was possible to make some modifications to the cake, like (changing the toy and some colors on the cake ) this person said that they could not modify it at all. Long a, short story. It doesn't matter how good your product can be if you give terrible customer service; that customer never returns. No prices are visible but everything is delicious. Try the tree leches or the Conchita. My personal favorite is the napoleonas but they didn't have any ready today...
