Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lawrence

I am officially done with this location and Papa John's. On the app I ordered a new NY style pizza for $13 and check the box for extra cheese and some how it converted it to an Epic Stuffed Crust pizza on their ticket and NOT ON MY APP SIDE. Waited 45 minutes. I wouldn't accept the pizza and the manager says sorry you can go to the back of the line and wait another 45 minutes for their mess up. 6 orders in the last few months with 1, just ONE order right. The Geist location is a joke as is the app...

UPDATE after the 2nd round of 45 minutes. They did not remake the pizza. Instead I was handed a stuffed crust nasty rubber disk that had cheese on it that had an original sticker on it from 45 minutes prior. (Oh I have it on video of us tossing it around like a Frisbee)

They then proceeded to tell me they did remake the pizza to a NY style and showed a random receipt. But "we can only assume a delivery driver took the wrong pizza. If you can wait another 20 to 25 minutes, we can make you what you ordered.". It is 913 at night. Just got home. Original order was at 6:43PM.

The best part was the vaping in the back of the store. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! It will be reported. My son saw it as well and pointed it out to me.

I have had several issues with this location. From placing an order ahead of time, for a specific time, to asking for a delay, over and hour before the first order had been placed. The pizza had clearly been sitting on the rack for over an hour when I picked it up. When I called, I spoke with a "manager" .. that assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. For them apparently..

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a pizza, half of the toppings where missing, even though it was a Philly Cheese steak.. they seem to forget what goes onto them.

I called, they said they could remake it.. etc.. I wasn't going to go back out again.

I was given a "Credit" on my account.

I called tonight to claim it, guy asked for my phone number, I told him that he should be able to see it on caller ID.. he asked for my name, I told him.. and he started getting, a bit .. how can I say, irritated and not really caring about the situation. I actually hung up.

You guys can take me free pizza credit, and give it to someone who really needs it,.. because I don't need you guys.

I've ordered here several times recently, and almost every time there are large portions of the pizza that don't have sauce or toppings due to very large air bubbles. The last two times I'm not sure they put any sauce on when I ordered alfredo, and ordering extra cheese was a waste of money because it wasn't there. The crust is wafer thin, tough, and especially hard in spots where there are massive amounts of toppings and sauce missing.

There was one time we ordered and they put so much sauce and cheese I had to eat it with a spoon, no joke. The crust on that was ridiculously thin too. This location is the worst pizza place I've ever been to, but it's the only one that delivers to me. This place is a waste of money, and only fills you with disappointment and disgust.

This has always been evening shifts. I typically order betweening 7pm - 10:30pm. I'm going to have to find another location because they don't know how to stretch and perforate dough or add toppings and sauce...
