Jess & Leo are hands down THE BEST restaurant owners EVER. We have been going to Sushi house for years!! It is our FAVORITE sushi restaurant in Indiana. Everything from the hot tea to the shumai to the rolls to the sashimi to their pineapple fried rice to the bento boxes to their yakisoba to the specialty rolls and all the way down to their desserts are fresh and made with such care & love. We have literally tried almost everything on the menu and it all ROCKS! Plus it is ALWAYS a joy & fun to eat in there, Leo & Jess make you feel like you are part of there family... truly wonderful people. But don't trip, it is just as delicious & worth it when we have to get it to go. This is NOT a five star restaurant it IS a 15 star restaurant. It's an absolute pleasure to dine here. The atmosphere is very zen, and the service is always superb. This quaint restaurant is family owned / operated. Leo and Jess shower each guest with respect and kindness; making each experience feel like you're family.

The food always tastes so fresh. And on the rare occasion I don't know what I want, Jess doesn't just make a random recommendation, she asks about likes/dislikes.... and then explains why she recommends a certain dish. I've NEVER been disappointed! My husband and I eat here at least 2x a month; because of the quality service & food. Not only do I highly recommend for a fresh and quick sushi meal... but definitely try...

We ate Sunday lunch at Sushi House. There were very few people there and there was no wait for seating. The service was friendly and it appeared that a group of 6 or 8 would be no problem for them to seat. We tried a number of different sushi rolls and some nigiri sushi as well as pan fried udon noodles and fried rice. The sushi took awhile to be served, but was freshly made and good. The noodles and fried rice were served quickly and were both good. Overall, the menu prices were a bit higher than other similar restaurants in the area although regular sushi rolls were competitively priced. We live a ways away, so we may not be regulars but we will eat...
