The location to little rough because it’s Lawrence other than that I believe that the employees need to be yelled at to speed up their time on drive-through orders. It should not take more than 10 minutes to get to the window and eat food. I can drive into Dunkin and get a sandwich faster than they can make one at Wendy’s, as an example, I was waiting in line. I ran over to Dunkin. Got a drink and got back in my car at Wendy’s and I was still two cars behind the window. I had enough time to go get a coffee. I will say at least the burger was good. Probably best to tell your employees to kind of speed up the time. It’s a job not a gathering for your friends to talk and hang out. You can hang out after work work work not other than that it isn’t a location to pick up guys, it is a location to pick up. Women is a location to serve food to people that are hungry so stop texting while you are working. I went today April 17, 2022 to this Wendy's at around 6:00pm, I pulled up to the ordering booth and told the lady on the speaker I needed a second to order. No one was in line and as someone pulled up behind me seconds after asking for a minute she tells me that I need to hurry up because there are people in line so I quickly figure out what to order for my family. I ordered a kids meal and 2 biggie bags. As I was ordering the second biggie bag she whispers in the mic "Diablo" and "Coño" into the mic and proceeds to say with an attitude "Anything else?" I pulled up to the window and the girl that was taking my order was having a full blown argument with the manager because she wanted to leave already.
