5 star experience. The chef was fabulous, best steak we have ever had at a steakhouse. Highly Recommend eating here. "We had an excellent experience. The service was excellent as usual from Lacie. The drinks and food was fantastic. Best steak! Thanks for the great evening." Enjoyed a delicious dinner as usual. We have eaten here several times and each time is better than the last. We really enjoy Final Cut Steakhouse. One of our favorite restaurants. The food is always on point and the steak is so tender you don’t need a knife. The garlic smashed potatoes are the best. The service was excellent as always!"

First time dining here, went with a group of 7 others. Bonus points for the Beetlejuice theme!! Service was great and food mighty tasty! One of the best tasting filets I've ever had (Ordered the 12 oz). Start to finish was a great experience!!

I feel honest reviews are what help restaurants in the end, and I enjoy giving praise when due, criticism when necessary. Wife and I stopped by for dinner on a Saturday. We were seated quickly and greeted by Danny and our waitress Heather. The service throughout the night was great, and both took care of us, so no complaints there. First thing I noticed was no background music. The music did eventually come on halfway through the meal, but the first half we could hear every conversation in the whole place. Not a big deal, but figured it worth a mention. The food and drink is where it gets rocky. The cesear salad was good, dressing is spot on, but it was swimming in dressing. Espresso martini almost ruined the whole evening after one sip it was more of a vodka flavored chocolate milk, and thankfully my wife's stomach recovered after a glass of water. We chose the 8oz filet with the Oscar style lobster topper, and the potato au gratin to share for our meal. We wanted to keep it simple for the evening and didn't want to over do it on food. When the steak arrived it was on a large plate with a sprig of rosemary on top, and accompanied by a side plate of chopped lobster and what appeared to be beranise. I expected a lobster topper, but after tossing the rosemary aside and dumping my lobster beranise on I could finally get down to business lol. The steak temp was good med rare liked we asked, but it seems like the grill wasn't cleaned before grilling it so the burnt crust on the outside overpowered everything. The beranise was very thin almost broken and cold. The lobster was also cold and chewy. Overall it was edible which we did eat half. The potato au gratin was a massive solid casserole square on a plate.Cutting in to this firm starch casserole I knew right away it wasn't hot but just warm. The cheese was solid on top and all though the flavor was ok, it wasn't left in the oven long enough. For desert we had a creme brulee, coffee and espresso all which were excellent. Creme brulee was silky smooth and had a great flavor. The strawberry whipped cream garnish didn't seem necessary but none the less looked ok. I think overall the food could have been much better if the chefs had upheld some standards. Corners were cut and it showed, all simple technique and quality standards could have avoided everything I mentioned. The restaurant wasn't packed so I know they weren't in the weeds, and could have taken the time to send out proper food. I hope this review helps management improve future guest...

I was really excited for this dinner - I had 6 friends with me and really hyped it up. First, when I made reservations I asked for a reservations for 7 people, to which they said they could not sit that many people due to being full booked. They were able to accommodate 7 people with two different tables, so that's what we did. We had a reservation at 8:30, and when we arrived we had to wait 25 minutes before being sat because they "didn't have a table available yet", although there AT LEAST 10 tables open throughout the restaurant. Also, multiple people walked up who did not have a reservation and were sat immediately.

Once we sat down, our waiter was extremely slow. We had to wait quite a long time to even be served a glass of wine. When our food came out, it was cold. The mac and cheese was cold, the asparagus was cold, and my steak was barely warm. When we brought it up to the waiter, he didn't even apologize - instead he just said, "Oh, that's an easy fix." However, it didn't seem that easy because we waited closer to 10 minutes for the food to come back. But of course, now that the food had been heated up, now my steak was overcooked. After that happened, we never saw our waiter again...for the whole night! He didn't even bring out check - this guy completely disappeared.

There was one shining star of the night and that was Christina, the waitress for our other table. The only reason I left a nice tip was because of her, and I believe the staff splits the tips. She was quick, very apologetic, and brought us multiple desserts for free since we had problems. She was fantastic and deserves real praise.

This experience was really unfortunate. I was really looking forward to this and so were my friends. Instead, I paid $140 for mundane food and bad service.

UPDATE: 3 weeks after management left the response you see below, they have still not gotten back to me. I immediately sent an email to the address they provided, and I received a response saying the restaurant's manager would be getting back to me. That hasn't happened. This goes to show you just how important their customer's experience is.

UPDATE 2 - 5-8-19: We're now at 3.5 months after management left a response. After sending a follow up email, I have yet to hear back. At this point their attempt at customer service is comical. I will continue to update this review until I hear back - let's see if they're actually...

We went as a couples night out. We were all hungry and excited for our 7pm reservations. We were not to be seated a moment before our 7pm time, despite the place being mostly empty. Waitress was friendly as she took our drink orders. We all looked over the menu, not a huge menu but a decent selection (which should speak to the quality of each meal if they are only focusing on a few). When she came to take our order I asked for the short ribs, and was informed that they were unfortunately out of short ribs for the evening (don't you think the waitress should have led with that?) So I went for the 8 oz, medium with a side of Mac & cheese and green beans. We also ordered the Cuban pork app. The wait time was not bad at all so I will give them that. However, the food was a total let down (except for the pork app it was delicious! ) My steak was medium well, husband's lamb was also overcooked. The Mac & cheese tasted like starchy noodles with breadcrumbs on top and the green beans were overly sweet. Friends seafood pasta was so bland and tasted like tomato water. Baked potato was not hot. I have never sent food back to the kitchen. But for the prices they charge they could have at least put salt on the food. I did eat the steak it was extremely tender and a great cut, just not a single seasoning on it and a little too done for me. But I was hungry and didn't want to wait for a remake. For the prices they charge the quantity and quality was great, but they are doing these ingredients a huge injustice, the meal could have been great with proper seasoning. The waitress was very understanding and helpful. They just need to make BIG changes in...
