Poor service! Arrived at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon June 17th. Saw a total of 6 waitresses in 3 separate groups, while we waited to be seated for 3 minutes. Nobody ever acknowledged us. Was very disappointing, especially considering there was only one table being used inside. Then took another 4 minutes to get someone to get our drink order. Because we had to ask for it. So here within less than 10 minutes the first impression is very poor. I'm not sure if your hostess or your waitresses know their role in your restaurant? But you should be grand opening ready. Especially at 4:30 on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Poor customer service here. And nobody was at your bar. So no excuse for not being addressed while we wait and wait. We ordered 2 burgers that we're supposed to be medium well, but came out well done. No pink whatsoever. Like a brick. And I believe the fireman's basket. In which the buffalo wings we're very rubbery. Had to take home and finish them off in my air fryer. Also review your menu, anything saying "FRESH" but is frozen and then cooked is not "FRESH." This needs to be removed from your menu. It's a lie to your customers. There's no such thing as "fresh frozen" it's either fresh or not. During these times we are in, any restaurant especially with limited covid 19 seating, needs to be on the top of their game. I'm asking you...
Read moreThis was my 1st visit. My friend and I, and her toddler. 3 women came in, and walked right passed us, and tried to cut in line. We were seated, then 3 more tables after us. They all had their order taken before us, and received their food before us. (Maybe because we weren't regulars? Idk🤷🏼♀️) Our waiter looked new, didn't pre-bus our table, at all. Brought us 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup. She ordered a bowl, I did not. Pretty sure they were spicy, and not regular. I kept it, and paid for it. Again, 1st visit. I ordered the Fish Fry, it's Friday during Lent. For $16.99, I was not impressed.👎 (The pic, shows my meal.) The peanut slaw, was awful. It tasted like thick creamy slaw out of a can, topped with sundae peanuts. Only had 2 small hush puppies, they were ok. And fries, well, are fries. My friend had the pot roast sliders, and was not impressed.👎Best thing on the table, was little man's chicken bites kids meal. No kidding. Do yourself a favor, and go up 350 to the Reservation in Milan. For $9.99, you can get their cod dinner or fried chicken dinner, which is excellent, and served with all homemade sides, with homemade desserts available as well.👍Or, go to your local fish fry, St.Lawrence 45205, beer-battered cod for $8 had better flavor than this haddock, and you can dine in. Split-the-pot, etc. Support your...
Read moreGood food but the service could definitely use some improvements. We stopped in on a Saturday around 1pm. We had a short wait of about 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated we didn't have a server come to our table for over 15 minutes eventhough tables seated after us were getting immediate attention. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Rangoons as an appetizer and thought they were pretty good. I ordered their special, a prime rib sandwich, and my husband ordered the Hot Chicken and waffles. After finishing our appetizer and waiting some time, our server came out to say they didn't have the rolls for my sandwich available so I had to find something else to order. I then ordered the Smokin Hot Burger. When our food FINALLY came out, my husband's order was wrong-he was given the Not Hot Chicken and waffles that had powdered sugar all over it that he is not a fan of. We had already waited so long so he asked to just be given a side of the hot honey and would make it work. On the positive side, my burger was really good! We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours and neither 1 of us received the food we ordered. No offer of a discount, free dessert, or anything for the...
