There is an old expression (and I am old), “do the right thing; go the extra mile.” Let me tell you, there is little traffic on the extra mile and virtually none on the second extra mile. Let me affirm Home Flooring, Lawrenceburg, IN and those mentioned individuals - are one of the “2nd milers.” Not only did they provide superior-excellent service, quality product and meticulous work, they also patiently-professionally-considerately worked with my wife and I through difficult choices and a couple our own self-inflicted mistakes. Got what I needed. The carpet we order was installed last week. Looks great. The installers were courteous and didn't balk at helping to put furniture back in place. I had shoulder surgery and couldn't lift things. Very happy with the way it turned out. There was sufficient extra to make a 5x7 bound edge rug from our living room carpet.
