To think that we need another Mexican restaurant is just absurdity. But I have to say...this is not just another Mexican restaurant. This place has really nailed it. In fact, if someone rates this place less than 5 stars, they shouldn’t be allowed to write reviews ever again.
So let’s break down what makes Beto’s Tacos so good.
It’s clean. Pretty much every restaurant that you walk in that has one dollar sign $ on Google Maps is not clean. The tables are dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting the kitchen is a mess. That is not the case with Beto’s. The restaurant is spotless. Every table is clean, the floor is clean, the kitchen is clean, the hallway is clean, the salsa bar, drink machines, and the bathroom is very clean. The bathroom looks professionally cleaned; not like some 15 year old who could care less cleaned it, but rather a professional cleaning service.
The food quality is exceptional. The food tastes good, it has a unique flavor. It is served nicely where some obvious consideration went into the presentation. This is not a one dollar sign $ place where you walk down the bar and say you want this and that as they scoop it in. This is order at the register, they give you a number, and they bring it out to you. A nice service. The menu to order off is huge as it is a well lit up menu taking up a large space on the wall. You can see everything on it very clearly.
The service is exceptional. Very nice people who care.
The price. They have absolutely nailed it. Finally a restaurant that understands what the price should be. There is nothing anywhere around where you can get this quality of food for this price point.
I have to say that all around, Beto’s has done it right. Plus they deliver.

Some people take advantage and due to selfishness they lack integrity. I received a coupon from Betos stating if I order, they'd give me a family size queso. Since it was one of my employees birthday I decided to order there and save on the queso. when I call to place the order and told them about the free queso, 3 different people came on the line to tell me they have no knowledge of what i was talking about and they have to call the office. I said, give me 2 large queso and once confirmed with office let me know when I get there. I get to the sugarloaf location, and I'm told, I would have to call. My response, why, this is your company, you should honor what you say. They literally did not give me the queso that was in writing stating they would offer it. In a court of law that would be evidence. Please keep in mind, we've done catering with them many times for our company and I've brought food for my team for events like the birthday today and spent 114.00 dollars, you'd think they'd give the queso at n/c. NOPE didn't happen I paid for my 2 large queso's with the rest of my order and left without a resolve. I could have canceled the order on principle and said no I won't give you my money but because I operate with Integrity my conscience would not let me. Read moreMonday July 1st 2024 I ordered tacos and a drink for pick up. Upon arrival I asked the cashier for a cup to put my drink in and also a cover. He grabbed the cup placing his hand on top of the cups rim, so I asked him to give me another one and please not to touch the top of it since that’s where would put my mouth and germs from his hands could have transferred to it. He stated that he washed his hands. I told him I did not see him wash his hands and he was handling cash. Anyway, he got upset and told me I need to calm down I asked him not to tell me to calm down just. I was talking in a very low tone and I asked him to just give me another cup without touching the rim. He grabbed another cup and put it on the counter in an angry manner. I told him that he should never tell the customer to calm down and told him he needs to calm down The customer is always right and don’t worry I will not return to the restaurant. He said , yeah that’s fine and walked away. I felt like he did not even want to serve me due to his ill mannered and unfriendly behavior. When he served others from different race and cultures he was more friendly. I believe that he was being discriminative because I’m so called Black. I noticed these types of behaviors from Hispanic restaurants quite often. Anyway this was my first Experiencing being discrimination in that particular restaurant.
