Cuban Sandwich To Go & Colombian Bakery in Lawrenceville is hands-down one of my favorite spots for authentic Colombian and Cuban flavors. Their Pan de Bono is the best I’ve ever had—made fresh daily with so much love and care. Nothing is pre-made here; everything is prepared from scratch by the owner, who wakes up early to make sure everything is perfect. These cheesy, golden delights are a treat you have to try.
The bakery offers so much more than Pan de Bono. Whether you’re in the mood for a Colombian breakfast, a Cuban sandwich, or their crispy empanadas stuffed with seasoned beef or chicken and mashed potatoes, everything here is made with incredible flavor.
Kevin and his mother make you feel like family every time you visit. Their warmth and hospitality add to the experience. I recommend stopping by early if you’re after the Pan de Bono—they sell out fast for a reason! If you take them home, heat them up for 30 seconds and pair them with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. You won’t regret it.
This is a must-visit spot if you’re in Lawrenceville....

The freshly baked bread, the savory meats, pickle and melted cheese all pressed together and served with a healthy side of fries was exactly what I'd been craving.
My mom ordered an equally delicious pressed chicken sandwich and we sipped our cold drinks and topped the meal off with a take home order of home made pineapple pastry.
The presentation was cheerfully and simply nested in a colorful basket lined with parchment paper. The conversation at the counter with the owner's son was friendly and interesting.
I definitely recommend this delightful little restaurant for delicious food at a very...
Read moreThere’s quite a few Cuban restaurants in the area and I’ve been to most of them so decided to give them a try.. I’ve only had a bad experience at this one I decided to order for breakfast…. Needless to say by the time I made it to work there was chaos going on in my tummy.. I barely made it to the toilet, and now my coworkers have made a quite embarrassing name for me because they heard me going… Needless to say anyone serving dry empanadas should not have been trusted in the first place… no bueno
If the food was prepped and cooked fresh I’m pretty sure, I would have been fine… when the food is goes past serving time, just throw it out !! It’s not worth serving and getting...
