UPDATE from visit 03/06/2020 @ 7pm - HORRENDOUS SERVICE BY EMPLOYEE JEFF
It is obvious that this Jimmy John's location does not value their customers as they never responded to any customer reviews but I'm doing this to make customers aware of the horrendous service at this location.
I ordered a sandwich this evening at the drive-thru with no lettuce or tomatoes. Jeff took my order and my payment. I watched as he and another male employee, who was making a few sandwiches at the counter, were having a casual conversation over the food as it was being prepared.
It appeared that orders were being made with lettuce and tomatoes but I thought nothing of it until around a minute after Jeff return to the window with a bag that was supposed to be my order. When I asked him if my order had lettuce on it he responded with I don't know. I asked how he could not know when he was standing right next to the employee as my sandwiches being made? He turn to the other employee and asked if there was lettuce on my sandwich to which he responded yes there was lettuce on my order. I told him I knew there was lettuce because I saw the sandwiches that were being made and they had lettuce on them. He then asked me why I was asking if I already knew in a very rude and disrespectful manner. He argued back and forth with me repeating the question as if to imply that I am an idiot.
I asked to speak with the Manager and Taylor (the Manager) said she would make my sandwich. I watched as the other employee who had just been holding a mop and cleaning the floor was now trying to make my sandwich with the same gloves he had on holding the mop. I asked her again to make my sandwich and she did.
Taylor was very professional. She graciously bore the brunt of my anger and was very courteous. I told her I honestly feel sorry for her because she has to put up with that disrespectful behavior; as I also watched as he argued with her. Do not eat at this location...this poor behavior should not be rewarded with any form of compensation. That employee Jeff is a disgrace to the Jimmy John's franchise. You will no longer have me, my family or friends business. I have already written a review on the official Jimmy John's corporate page and plan to go to the Better Business Bureau with this complaint as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Previous review a month ago. Sandwiches are good but service could be better and should have more options/substitutions for the price. They also need to rethink the drive thru...very awkward set up to get...
Read moreWhen I tell you this has been the worst experience, I felt so compelled to write a review. Ordered 2 sandwiches, nothing even needed to be modified. Get to the window, wait a long time before someone comes. Tell us they are making the tuna. Okay, no problem, thinking it will take a few mins. 7 mins go by, they ask me to scoot up and wait. Almost 10 more mins go by, and I think maybe they forgot about us. So I back up to the window to ask to check in. A young fellow comes to the window and says he needs to still needs mix mayo in the tuna and will be done shortly. More than 15 mins have gone by already... Another 8 mins goes by, I ask my husband to go in and ask. He goes in and the fellow is behind the counter just laughing. He is watching videos on his phone!!! Not mixing the tuna or paying attention to it. OH AND HE WAS SCRATCHING HIS FACE AND HAIR WITH HIS BARE HANDS AND USING THEM TO MAKE SANDWICHES! I was shocked to see that. I wanted to leave so badly but we already paid and even getting a refund would take forever.
Never. Never ever ever again. No urgency, no cleanliness. 30 mins for nothing. This is by far the worst restaurant...
Read moreThis place has gone down hill. Not sure if management changed or what, but I came in and was not acknowledged. My family and I sat the ordering counter for 5 minutes before we were spoken to. I ordered the “Frenchie” and they said they were out. How are you out? Don’t you make sandwiches. Then we waited for over 10 minutes for our sandwiches. Our order was very simple. The staff continued to drag their feet the entire time we were there with other customers. One gentleman was working on his computer in between customers. How about getting up and making another Fenchie so the next customer can have it when they order it? We have gone to this sandwich shop many times, it’s our go to for the consistently phenomenal service. I highly doubt the manager of this facility knows how poorly their customers are being cared...
