Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

I would give it no stars. This location is the closest one near me and I was hesitant on even going here this one night because of their HORRIBLE reputation that they already have. So i get up to the drive thru and order a grilled house salad and the employee responds back with an attitude already telling me my total… I’m like ohkayyy may I have ranch dressing with that please and that I’m not done. She rudely replies with “uh huh”. Me and my husband look at each other like what??? So then my husband proceeds to order a boneless wings & things meal and employee just tells us our total again which she didn’t even ask what flavor or drink he even wanted. So he tells her we are still NOT done, having her reply with “uh huh” again & he tells her his sauce and drink flavor and employee AGAIN replies with “uh huh”. My husband had it with this girl’s attitude and gets on her level, & she just starts laughing or giggling & didn’t say anything else. From the moment we pulled up to the drive thru, she already was acting nasty and careless so we decided that was enough stupidity for the night and chose to leave and drove off. As we were passing the window to take a look at the girl, she was just on her phone by the manager and with a customer at the window. Obviously these kids be acting out and do what they want since their manager doesn’t take it seriously. Every time I have came here (though I try to avoid coming here) I always have had a bad experience. Apart from their lazy ghetto employees, the location is very much outdated and small parking lot, this needs to be replaced with something else cause this zaxbys...

We live right down he street from here and come here alot. My girl is pregnant and is always craving Zaxbys!! We have came here 3 times this week alone and so many times in the last 5 months I can't even count. Here lately the portions have been getting a lot smaller and smaller. The month before last my tender plate French fries portion was so small it was sad. So I ask the young lady working up front why. She said with a attitude they always that small. Well thinking she having a bad day I just order a extra portion, dang it was even smaller. I was thinking they was just off that day in the kitchen. Since then the French fries portions have been about the same as before. At frist was like a bed of fries with everything on top. Now it's just a small portion beside of the tenders. Zaxbys is not cheap by any means but the good portions make up for it, but now it's not even worth what your paying. Just tonight we got Cobb salads, we are looking like wheres all the lettuce at!! smh The salad never been this small before !! come on!! lettuce is the cheapest part why so skimpy now. The 4 or 5 times we got the Cobb or my Fav the buffalo blue, the plate was full of lettuce. The long wait did not make it any better everyone just standing around taking up front and there was only one other person in there wow I don't know if they under new manager or what !! just now I got to drive to Grayson to get my girl Zaxbys!!!!! Even tho we live 2min away from this location!! Don't recommend anyone going to this one it's worth the drive to get what you pay for & Also to get good...

This is by far the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered online curbside almost $100 and it said it would be done at 8:05. I called to verify since that was an hour later. He said it would be done in 30 minutes. I waited about 40 minutes or so and the manager brought out my food. He apologized for the wait. I get home the fries are cold, the bread is cold and hard, the chicken is warm, not hot and fresh. I call and inquired with them since I just waited almost an hour. My thoughts are the foods was being prepared fresh. I was told they got busy and my food sat on the counter ready for 15-20 minutes before he noticed and brought it out. He went on to say if I was outside and saw they got busy I should have come in. Am I wrong to think a customer that paid and food is prepared should be served first? Very frustrating. It’s now later, my family is hungry and he said I can bring the food back for them to cook it again. At this point, I asked for a refund to go to the location in Suwanee on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd. I will never try this location again. Got here and had to wait for him to contact his General Manager for my refund for all this old, cold, disgusting food I returned. I’m told I have to return tomorrow for my refund. Another inconvenience… Plenty of apologies but that’s not what you want when you spend your money. If you like Zaxby’s and want quality food, please do yourself a favor and go to another location....
