Food was good and ready ahead of schedule! Other than an employing stealing My cell phone a couple of years ago (first time I've eaten from this location since then partially because manager threatened to call the police on ME over the incident even though there were multiple witnesses to the event), I've always gotten good food and service from ALL Dominoes I've done business with. Lived on West side for over a year and ate there probably an average of once a week feeding between for and ten people; always great! Always great service! Always on time! (And never lost a cell phone). Btw, the thiefing employee admitted to taking the phone but claimed to have tucked it into the seat of a pickup in the driveway while the witnesses were yelling for him to bring it back as They watched him ignore them, continuing to his vehicle, never even getting close enough to the pick up he claimed to have put it in to have even tossed it into the pick up, let alone tucking it into the seat as he claimed. I drove to store to inquire about having My phone returned; no harm, no foul, and the manager threatened to call police if I didn't walk off from the situation. Just read a lot of other reviews. My incident was over two years ago but less than four. I just read a review from a previous employee, who worked there 3 years ago, part time and said not to eat there because the white employees were racist. Not positive but I believe that was the name of the Puerto Rican employee, a relatively young male, who stole my phone. I know this because it was believed to be, therefore I inquired about a Spanish or Puerto Rican female employee. They responded they didn't have such an employee. Then a young , I thought female employee, walked in and they asked " are You talking about Him?'...... Just saying. I don't know if the complaining employee was the same as, but, if so it fits the bill because he lied about stealing My phone, and the same person, also lied about white employees because they backed him to the point of threatening to call police if I didn't leave premises. Again, not saying they're one in the same but...
Read moreUnfortunately I have to edit my review about this dominos. I have been coming here for years, always had been considered a great place to grab food and it's location very convenient to my house. I normally order online and pay at the window. So I go to get my food and I go to pay. My bill came out to be 22.87 I hand the cashier a 50.00 bill and was told she couldn't make me change. And they would not to taking my payment. I told her that's what I brought to pay for my food. She told me I'd have to go get change in order to break it and then come back 😒. I was appalled, how are you a business and not have change to accommodate your customers. Mind you it was only 7ish not late to drop money for the night. I had to go all the way to the store by something to make change to then go back and get my food. There where no signs posted on neither door or drive thru window about not having change to take care of customers. If your a business why did I have to go out of my way time and make change when all my change would have been after paying for my food was 17 dollars and change. Both woman I talked to were rude and after I drove around the world and back to get change and to get my food, the woman who came to the window had an attitude and hurry gave me my food and slammed closed the window. It was the worst experience that I had here and because of it I won't go back. I've been a Loyal customer for the gore location for years and the care and concern for paying customers is non existent. Why do they have attitudes when I had to leave go to another store come back because the place I chose to spend my money at couldn't make 17.00 dollars of change. My gas my time. By the time I made it home my food was cold. Waste of my time. If you can't make change for customers 🤷 you shouldn't be open for business. Last time Ill go here. Plenty of places I could spend my hard earned money at. I'm completely disappointed in what used to be my favorite dominos. Will not be...
Read moreMy favorite pizza from here was BBQ sauce w/ Chicken and Onions. Pretty simple. The past few times they’ve charged more for making it that way…and they used so little BBQ sauce I could hardly find a bite where I could taste any of it. Without the BBQ sauce it’s not any good! Bland. Tasteless. Really disappointing. I thought about ordering today…I really did. I was going to order 3 pizzas. Then I noticed how much of an up charge there was which I thought was the extra topping. I removed the extra topping and was going to try just Chicken and BBQ sauce and still a huge up charge. Maybe it was the chicken. I removed the chicken…and it was still around $2 extra maybe more. Then I had flash backs at paying extra in the past and still not getting what I wanted…. So BBQ sauce without any toppings is $2 more than tomato sauce with pepperoni or sausage when using a coupon? And the past several times, I cannot even hardly find the bbq sauce, even when I’ve paid the up charge? If $2 isn’t enough of an up charge to put meaningful BBQ sauce on a pizza, stop offering it or charge more! Regardless, a tasteless pizza is not worth any price really unless you’re starving and anything will taste good. If you know me, you know I’m not starving. So I’m not ordering today. If I do order again in the future and I find they’ve fixed the issue with the BBQ sauce…and find out they are doing that consistently, I’ll be glad to change my review because when they do put a good amount of BBQ sauce on the pizza (but not too much) it makes a really good pizza if you know what else to put with it. That’s why I used to have a review on this place talking about them being good…but based on recent performance I just felt compelled to update...
