HORRIBLE place to go for take out. They messed up my order,I ordered Orange chicken, Beef Lo-main, Sweet and Sour chicken, and a 2 LITER bottle of sprite. They forgot my chicken for the sweet and sour sauce, AND they only brought a 20 ounce bottle of sprite.. NOT enough for 3 + people eating. I called back and the chef "insisted" he put my sweet and sour chicken in the bag and said I ordered a 20 ounce of sprite instead of a 2 liter... I had my order written down in front of me before I called to order and I read right off the paper. When I got my order I opened it to get the food out and serve everyone, but I found out I was missing the chicken for the sweet and sour sauce all I got was the sauce.I NEVER got my receipt at all either. I Called back the 2nd time to say I double checked my order and they HUNG UP on me when I was talking to the manager. my grandmother called back and b**ched them out saying she will spread the word to anyone and EVERYONE who would want to go to Panda Express. Staff also wouldn't answer the phone when calling to get clarification. Would give zero stars if able. *Update - after attempting to call this location about a dozen times they never answered. A new driver was assigned to my order and I called them through the app provided link and they spoke to the manager while I was on the phone. The manager refused to process anything and said there was absolutely nothing that they could do. So here I am, no food, no refund at this time. I filed a complaint with Panda Express corporate requesting a refund because the app does not allow cancellations when it is marked pending pickup or completed so that is my only option for getting a refund. Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous experience. We came specifically for the honey walnut shrimp, and instead of being upfront, the staff danced around it like they just didn’t want to do their jobs. First we were told it would be ‘a really long wait’ and pushed to pick something else. We said no. Then they started listing off other entrées again like we didn’t hear them the first time. After finally admitting it would be a 15-minute wait (which we agreed to), they suddenly changed their story to, ‘Actually, I don’t think we have enough.’ Why not just say that from the start?
This isn’t a one-time problem, this location repeatedly gives the same rude, unprofessional service. It feels like the staff is lazy, dishonest, and more concerned with rushing customers away than providing the food they advertise. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
