Five Below — Local services in Lawton

I'll say for cheap little not so important needs, knick knacks, gifts, candy, and letting your kiddos shop and it not costing an arm or leg,.this is the place! They have a little of everything! Even found a couple cute tshirts there.. Most disappointing is I found some pet steps online from Five Below for ten bucks (should have known better), in comparison they were pretty cheap. After tax, and shipping it came to 17$ . I got them set up, but they kept falling apart. The instructions were super easy, and even had my husband double check. But they were just flimsy, cheap, weak plastic. My little dog was too scared to even get on them and I don't blame him although they said they hold up to 50lbs and he's not near that. So I decided to return them. With everything how it was back into the box, and my proof of purchase, they said I could only make an exchange or get a gift card for the 10$ it cost. They said that was all they could do for an online purchase ! Extremely frustrating! I knew I wouldn't be getting my shipping back, but with proof of purchase from their store, I should be out of my money or obligated to spend what I do get back in their store!
