Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Lawton

Me and my husband and our 3 kids have always loved going to chuck e cheese and we spare no costs while we're there, its usually between $150-$200 each time we go. We were very upset when they did away with the tokens because that was part of the fun and made them feel like a big kid with their special coins. The last time we went was AWFUL!!! We were told everything was done through a card system and they had done away with tickets.. well go fkn figure.. Everything that made the experience fun for kids was slowly but surely going away! That, I would say was the most exciting part for kids running up to the parents screaming about how many tickets they just won.. it felt like the lottery to them.. i asked about the printouts we had accumulated from tickets in the past and was told they would most likely be void due to the new system. My kids have saved thousands and thousands of tickets on the print outs so that was another slap in the face. Everytime we go, the employees look like they hate their job and you are bothering them when you need to ask for something.. they just give you an attitude and you feel super rushed. Also the food was DISGUSTING!! i always drown the pizza in parmesan cheese so I never tasted it but now they don't have the parmesan and red pepper out and the staff acts like you're asking for their right leg to go grab it for you! The pizza had NO CHEESE on it and everything was awful! We got wings, fries, and pizza and didn't eat any of it! Had a birthday party there this weekend for my six year old. I went to set up earlier in the day and it seemed like all was going to run smoothly, my party however wasn't until 3pm. Most of my guest arrived right on time... HOWEVER, the hostess showed up 30 minutes late, was not ready and did not have anything organized. A hour had passed before we got the tokens for the guest, almost two hours passed before we received pizzas and the drinks and to make matters worse I went to express my concern and ended up with Briana who was great but had two parties she was hosting which included mine after getting rid of my original host. I ordered the mega package which is the biggest package they have. They forgot to give our kids their party bags, my baby his piñata and no one received or was even offered ice cream which was included in the package as well. It was a complete mad house with 5 parties going on and what seemed to be a lack of staff. After complaining the manager offered me a discount which was still overpriced. At 300 bucks all we received were coins, two pizzas, and fruit punch. There was absolutely nothing personal about the party, the manager stated that our package was confused with the table next to ours so they received all the benefits of the costly package while we received mediocre treatment. I was not very happy about our experience at all we walk in and my daughter and boyfriend take off to go play games and I decide that I want some food from the salad bar and a drink so I go order it then as I'm at the salad bar getting what I wanted I was pretty much getting critised because of what I was eating which was cottage cheese and ham and macaroni sslad. The lady that was filling the salad bar said you must love cottage cheese and I'm like yea it's what I'm craving then the lady that had rsmg me up said that's not s salad and I said yea I know. Then I go to set my plate down and as I'm walking back up there the two women walked to the back and I heard one of them say she's pregnant and so I asked her if she was talking about me and she said yes and so I said yes I'm pregnant and she just kind of chuckled so I walked away and ate my food then when I was done I joined my family playing games and as I'm playing with my daughter one of the women walks up to me and asks me how far along I am so I tell her I'm a little over 5 months then she turns around and as she's walking up to the front she tells the guy that's working with them she's almost six months! I mean here I am trying to have a good time withy family and I just got stared at and talked about which made me upset and feel uncomfortable! I guess they have never seen a pregnant woman before we won't be going...
