We've been going since day one and service is definitely hit or miss. Haley is one of the best and longest working employees. Food is always good but usually every other time something is wrong or forgotten ( last night the requested medium rare steak tips were burnt and the new server disappeared so we had to ask the bartender to help). We've brought friends, family and when hosted happy hour with coworkers here on several occasions. Our 5yr old loves the arcade and we'd average going to the Bullpen at least 1x a week. There was a period of really poor service or where families were not allowed to sit at the tables anywhere near the arcade. From my understanding, there was an issue with management and I'm assuming this was the cause. We'd ask for the manager and the person would either be too busy or not available. The wings are great at Bullpen! We're originally from the Buffalo area of NY and are really picky with chicken wings. The Buffalo sauce is really good. French fries (especially the crinkle fries) are really good as well- I always make sure to order mine a little extra crispy since I've gotten them still semi frozen one time and another time, slightly above frozen. They do have a mechanical bull and sometimes it's out during the daytime. If you have kids that go on it, please make sure the staff member is paying attention. I think we were there for the Santa event and the staff member was talking to friends and didn't realize she sped up the bull, causing my 5yr old to fall off. It took us yelling for her to stop to notice. The bartenders are friendly and serve great drinks....

My fiancé and I finally decided it was time to try this restaurant and came in for lunch today. We were sat within a few minutes, got our drinks, and ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down. 40 minutes later, our waitress (I believe the receipt said Alice or Allison, short brown hair with bangs) checked on us for the first time since taking our order, although we had seen her check on the group behind us multiple times. In that 40 minutes, we had also watched 2 other groups sit down, get their food, and get their checks before we had ever even gotten our food. When we finally did get our food (a burger and a salad, at about 50 minutes from sitting down), we were not impressed, my salad was practically drowning in dressing and soggy, telling me it had been ready the entire time we waited, and his burger was cold. We ate within 10 minutes and waited another 10 to get the check. When we did finally get the check, it was another 10 before she came to get the card. I understand that with a new restaurant, you have to give them time to get comfortable and learn the ins and outs, but this was absolutely absurd. I posted about how awful my experience was and many of my friends commented that the same happened to them. I will be giving it another month or two, as I thought a month would be long enough to get everything figured out, but it was clearly not. I am highly disappointed with my service today and hope this review helps this business realized that they have some things...

Edit: We came here tonight for my Fiancé's work party. They have came a long way since they first opened. Great food, great service.

They are still ironing out the details and it shows. We went on Saturday with a party of 8. Not a small party but not a huge party either. About 2x the size of the average party of 4. They figured out how to seat us and put on a bunch of high top tables pushed together. Not a problem. They then took our drink order. It took a long time for our drinks to get out. First they brought out 3 waters, 5-10 minutes later they brought the rest of the drinks and took our order. The appetizers came out about 20 minutes later. It took more than an hour for our food to arrive after the apps did. That's about an hour and a half after we ordered it and about 2 hours after the time we first arrived. They did come out and apologize for it taking so long and did what they could to make it right by substantially discounting the bill. When the food arrived it was nothing spectacular. It was average. I had the garlic parm wings and they were bland and soggy. I asked those at our table about their dishes and the opinions were mixed. My fiance's burger was under cooked. My soon to be nephew's burger was so well done it was burned.... Inconsistency in their final product, slow service, and overall just a subpar experience. I don't think they were actually ready to open and I hope the quality of service...

We visited the Bullpen for the first time today with a party of 4 and a baby. We had fried pickles (Yum!), artichoke dip (ok, not the warm kind), the big pretzel with cheese (cheese isn't the best), hot Buffalo and teriyaki wings (in picture), one large do-it-yourself pizza, and a few virgin drinks from the bar. Of course, taking home leftovers. The place is awesome. Clean, games of all kinds, TVs and large screens on every wall. Our waitress was awesome (ask for Ally), the hostesses were awesome, and person bringing our food was awesome. We came before any dinner rush on a Wed night. We had no wait time on service or food except the pizza - if you like provel cheese you're gonna love it. This is a new business opening at a hard time and they'll need patience. We had a good experience and will come again. There are lots of things for lots of people to do - pool tables, a juke box, arcade games, a large jenga set (needs to be played on carpet!!!), corn hole, and I'm sure more. Family friendly and was SO great to go to a place we haven't been to a million times. We asked a ton of questions and Ally was super patient. I give it 5 stars and now we know what we love and what we'd do differently next time.

The Bullpen hits it out of the park! Great restaurant to take your date or family. With a game room, corn hole, darts and pool tables to keep you busy while waiting on that delicious food, the friendly staff keeps your drinks topped off. With large screen TV's and your favorite games projected on walls, you're welcome to stay for the live music or DJ which rounds out the night's entertainment. Two great bar areas include a wide selection of adult beverages and a separate adult gaming room if you like. All-in-all The Bullpen is definitely a home run!

🤩 What an amazing place to kick back, relax, and have a hot delicious meal. I was traveling through the area and I saw the sign from the highway and decided to stop in. I was not disappointed! The place was clean and the staff was super friendly. The food was simply amazing! I ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes and greens beans and I felt like I was at a five star restaurant. You must stop in! If you live in the area you are really lucky to have such a great place in your community!
