Absolutely disgusted on the managers treatment here please do better please get a different manager. Your employees look very upset by you. I had three different employees telling me that they can make an order and then had the manager come up and tell me they won’t make my order. she told me I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes for six small mini cookies some that didn’t even really require frosting being put on top because I did the order online but other people inside the store they all got to get their orders first how can you tell a customer that you’ll have to wait over 20 minutes because all the people who are there after they got their get their cookies first that makes zero sense to me. I haven’t had another lady interrupting say we’ll just do it for you and she was still trying to say no then went over to the corner and talked bad about me to other employees. It was very embarrassing. I will never be back to the store and I hope to God somebody does something about this because that kind of treatment should never be done with somebody who spent $15 on six little cookies
