I went into the store this evening around 7pm. I had to ask my boyfriend to take me after a 13 hour shift because my own car is experiencing issues. I know that sounds besides the point but it definitely leads to one of the reasons I will never use your online or for in store purchases. Sephora here I come!!! When I walked in I was definitely in a hurry and I am aware that is not your employees problems, but I thought customer service might be, guess I was mistaken there too! Not only could no one in the store help me find the EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO FIND AND DESCRIBE PRODUCT I NEEDED, my experience continued to get worse. I found the product on my own as your "team members" because you can't call them customer service reps helped a lady that walked in after I had. But I'm a trooper and found "The Body Shop Tea Tree Set" on my own. The last one on the shelf in the set, so even though the service wasn't up to par so far I just went to find an eyebrow set I needed and a body scrub and got in line. Not wanting to be rude I politely stood there waiting again for assistance and one of your employees brought the lady she was helping and proceeded to ring her up as I had been standing in line waiting. I said excuse me because not only did she begin to ring her up but another customer walked in front of me and your staff member, who I desperately wish I had got her name to make sure that management knows just how her customer service skills cost you not only my future business but all three of my sister's, cousins, and best friends will be sure to follow me after this encounter. The lady she was ringing up mentioned she only had one item and a 9 month old in the car, whom I pray was not unattended and I said well not only did I come into the store before you but I also received no help and I have someone working over 12 hour shifts waiting for me not to mention I have been quietly waiting in line to be acknowledged and graciously allowed everyone to assist you and the other lady that has now cut in line in front of me so that I could be polite but also leave as quickly as possible. I was picking up an online order that was the value of 30.00 the body shop set even though it was placed in the section that was for the 18.00 set and the only one left of either ended up being 38.00 which I paid even though I think that considering I received no help and your employees mis stocked the item I should have received a discount of some sort but I agreed to pay full price. I did however put back the 23.00 scrub and the almost 40.00 eyebrow kit and decided to buy them from Sephora who not only offers free shipping to avoid your terrible customer service they also are local and always great everyone with the same amount of respect and importance. So that being said I'm not sure who worked your evening shift Wednesday June 9th but I would definitely tell them that they should brush up on their customer service skills. I've worked customer service over 20 years and when I go somewhere and receive great service I let everyone know but if I receive service like I did this evening, I let everyone know and I don't use that store, restaurant or whatever it maybe again. And it saddens me because I've always been treated greatly there, up until this evening which was bad enough that I've decided it will be a last for me. As well as online and I will continue to make sure my friends and family no exactly how I was treated. I had worked all day and I truly felt you thought you would receive a better sell from the ladies you not only waited on before me but tried to usher in front of me in line. Sad for you I spent three times what I spent with you online with Sephora not twenty minutes later. So maybe you should judge your customers less by their appearance, some people physically work hard and more by there just needing your assistance. And if you misplace something that is in no way your customers fault and should be honored or at least recognized. Went to Christi at Benefit brow bar the second time around on 12/21/18 for brow wax and tint. First experience was great but the last one was bad. My eyebrow area and forehead is still red and itchy as of today 12/27. My eyebrows does not look even and she did the shadowing, she made the right eyebrow significantly bigger and curvy. When I asked her to correct it she was just like whatever. Super sad because she’s a very sweet girl. I also left a comment on Yelp and now there’s a user with no review is harassing me about it, I’m assuming it’s either her or a friend. Will not be back...
Read moreSECOND time this location has ruined my experience. Months back I had scheduled a hair appointment and the hairstylist just never showed up. I waited 30 minutes to be told "sorry, we have to cancel since she didn't come". Instead of finding an alternate solution for me! Decided to try them again yesterday and booked an appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early and hairstylist came over, looked at hair, and said "I don't have enough time to do what you booked". I responded with I don't even know what I booked. I need color, and I chose a color service. She said, "well, I get off at 5 and I'm not staying past that because I have 4 kids". Literally. That's what she said. Wtf, I have kids too! That's why I booked an appointment! I made arrangements. If you see a color appointment booked within 2 hours of you getting off, why wouldn't you call to discuss first?
