Pizza Hut — Restaurant in League City

The manager that's working right now June 10, 2025 at 6pm was extremely rude. To tell me to go to the Friendswood location instead of ordering at this location was very rude. We always order from this League City location and for awhile the pizza and order was not pleasant. We always order the big dinner box with two pizzas, breadsticks, and boneless wings. I order through the app every time. Well there has been a handful of times that they either dont have the boxes for this or the right type of dough so they substitute for hand tossed pizzas instead, without calling me 1st to see if this is OK to substitute. I will show up and they hand me round boxes with hand tossed pizzas. Well the taste isnt the same as a pan pizza, so no I really dont want them. However, I have taken them. The last time, I complained as my husband doesn't like the hand tossed and we just are wasting money. I spoke with the manager at that time, she said she was giving me a credit. I called tonight to place an order & use the credit and the manager tonight said she doesn't see anything for me with a credit. She wouldn't honor the credit, she said she would only be able to charge me full price. I told her I guess this is fine, even though I really dont want to because its wrong for her not to honor the credit, but my husband really wanted pizza hit pizza tonight so I guess I'll have to pay for it. She said with attitude, we'll you know what, you can order from the Friendswood location. I was shocked, I said really, well you know what, that's a fantastic idea, I'll order from Friendswood instead and she hung up. Most managers would say, you know, I'll go ahead & honor the credit or at least give a discount since the previous manager or whoever it was didnt add the credit properly. Nope, this manager tonight chose to lose a customer & tell me to go elsewhere. Very rude & unprofessional! Shame on her! So Friendswood it is. Maybe they will have better...

I had the worst experience with Pizza Hut last night at the store located at 2800 W Main St Suite C, League City, TX 77573 (which is coincidentally about 2miles from our house)I received a notification saying our food was delivered yet it hadn’t so I begin to call the store over and over to find out what is going on but kept getting hung up on. Then 30 mins. later I get a phone call from the driver saying he was lost and couldn’t find my house. I tell him where it’s at and he hopes to find it at that point. Turns out I had to speak to a few supervisors over the phone because the issues I was having. One of the supervisors tried to call the local store and the store just picked up the phone without saying hello and hung up on her. The supervisor offered to correct the issue by offering me my meal for a second time free of charge. Then I received a phone call from a cell phone number starting with area code 210 and a man who identified himself as the manager of my local Pizza Hut and asked why I was receiving a second order when I already got my other one. He was very rude and said it was my fault my order was late and was very argumentative. He even went as far as hanging up on me. I called back to a supervisor and requested a refund due to the fact that at this point I did not feel that our meal would be safe to eat after my conversation with the local store manager. I made an online order for takeout at 6:35, the ticket for my order stated that it will take between 30-40 minutes til it is ready. Which means that it should be done no later than 7:15. We arrived here around 7:25-7:30 ish. We had no clue how they were going to know that we arrived, we even tried parking in front of the windows so they could see my vehicle, but yet no one assisted us. We then called the establishment to notify them that we are here. They tell us that are pizza isn’t ready yet, and it’ll be another 15-20 minutes.... It is currently 7:50 and we are still clueless as to when our pizza will be finished. There are other people here driving up and getting their orders as soon as they arrive while we’ve been sitting here for over 40 minutes. This is terrible service overall and we have people starving and this location has failed to make our food on time, and it’s not just mine, once I went inside, there were other people cancelling their orders due to the amount of time it took for them to make it on time.
