Walmart Neighborhood Market — Restaurant in League City

Horrible Experience!! I went to the Walmart Grocery Store on FM 518, in League City, TX this morning. I have been here many times, and never had a bad experience like I did today. The produce floors were discussing. They were wet, and pieces of produce all over the wet floor, where the workers had been just running over it all with their carts. Then, I noticed a small bird trapped in the store. I asked "6" different workers about it, and all were aware about the bird. They would just smile, and do nothing about it. Next, I went to the self check-out, and started having some difficulty with my check-out. The manager was standing at a booth directly in front of me. He could clearly see I was frustrated, and offered no assistance at all. Instead he just stood there staring at me, making me even more frustrated. This was a horrible experience! I may never shop there again. I hope that someone helps get the bird back outside, cleans up the mess, and offers the manager some customer...

This WalMart is not my local store, but it is the closest to me that offers Grocery Pickup. As far as the Pickup service goes, in the morning on the weekends is when the “A” team is on. Brittany has been picking my produce and loading my car for the better part of a year now. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful, better eye on your groceries. She picks not quite ripe fruit to allow for a couple days at home. The service has been five star for the majority of our visits. We did have one instance when our food was not ready due to a computer outage. Walmart all but drown us in gift cards and put the entire shopping team on the job. They made quick work of it and made us happy. All this being said, they miss out on their 5th star due to the layout and design of the store. It is laid out more like a Sams Club where everything is still in boxes and stoked high up in some cases. If you’re going to use this store I recommend using Grocery Pickup. It seems like that is what this location...

The employees are wonderful!!!!! However I go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market to purchase money orders. Your money order machine was not working properly and his given trouble in the past as well which makes me have to go to Kroger to purchase money orders. I like One Stop shopping I don't want to have to shop somewhere else because your money order machine keeps malfunctioning. Please have it repaired properly so this does not continue to be an ongoing problem for me. It is also very frustrating for your employees which I certainly understand. Again the employees at this Walmart Neighborhood Market are absolutely wonderful and I thank you for that. This is the only problem I have...
