Vape City — Local services in League City

Went here with my husband on 10/19/24 to redeem our second or third 500-pt credit. If you don’t already know this about VC, no delta 8 products or nic products can be used with store credits, only non-nic products (which is a lot at most locations!) We got a small bong, pipe, and two different bowls amongst other things at the Friendswood location previously. We got the same haul at this one, glass ware and all. Except the cashier told me to turn around and walk out because I had no ID on me. Fair enough that I wouldn’t be able to purchase anything, that’s completely on me. I’ve never been asked to leave a VC location for failing to provide valid ID for non-restricted items, only that I could not provide the payment or that only one person provides valid ID (which is typically my husband anyway). I complied immediately when she asked me to leave the store and my husband stayed inside to pick out the rest of what our credit could cover. She was very clear in that “well, it’s just because you look REALLY young.” Ok, fair. I’m 22, baby-faced, and only have a shot at looking my age when I’m wearing something low enough to reveal my tattoos. She didn’t check the ID’s of the three people who came in after us, and even assured one customer that they were a previous rewards member and didn’t need to worry about pulling their ID out. Well, I’ll be! Anyways, I could care less, and the glass ware is very nice and well-priced for some awesome looking pieces. It took about 25 minutes between the time we walked in and when she was able to check out the four items my husband picked up. The three other people, by my husband’s estimation, had 2-3 products each and waited at the register for almost ten minutes before she moved on to the next. Didn’t provide her name, black...

So I bought a drag x pro vape about 3 weeks ago and the rubber part you pull back to fill the tank with fluids broke and so I called 4 different vape city stores and no one had the pod. I was very irritated so I called league city this morning cause last night I couldn’t find them on my google but today it popped up for some reason. Well Jeremiah Maddix answered the phone and helped me out. He called back within like 15-20 minutes meanwhile we were texting back and forth and he found the pod I needed for my vape. Come to find vape city in Hitchcock had the pod I needed the whole time. I called vape city in Hitchcock last night and they told me they didn’t have a pod for my vape so that was irritating because they did have for my vape the whole time. I was thinking to my self why would you sell me a vape but your store don’t sell the parts for the vape. Anyways I highly recommend talking with Jeremiah maddix he’s definitely helpful. Normally I don’t have a problem with Vape City but this is just disappointing. Bought a disposable vape yesterday and they didn’t have the brand that I liked. I asked the guy which one do you recommend as an alternative with the same hit. Got home with the new one and it took a hit and nothing barely hit and didn’t feel a thing. Bought it back today and they said we can exchange it unless it’s broken or not hitting or if it’s burnt. The lady tried to apologize to me saying, “That one is not the best and it’s not one people like or the one I would have recommended.” I’ll have to find a better place to shop at that can get proper quality recommendations for...
