Beyond the coffee, PJs also has a food menu that’s worth a stop on its own. Their Cuban sandwich is incredible perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and satisfying without being too heavy. Had a caramel creme latte. About a half inch of foam on top. Overall, it was a good flavor, except the caramel flavor was a little weak. In my opinion, it's because they use Monin syrup and I prefer Torani because I think they have a stronger flavor. Beignets were good and came out warm. Lots of powder sugar on it. Wifi is very weak and slow. Got kicked off once and took a bit time time to load anything. I was the only person here using the Wifi guest. Enough seating for 18 people. Which is probably plenty as most people that came in while I was here for about 90 minutes took it to go. The atmosphere is just average. The place was clean. Staff: Not rude, but not friendly. Is this legit? The location looks like someone's house and the directions take you to the middle of an intersection. I tried PJs on a trip through Louisiana last month and it was AWESOME!
