I will NEVER go to this location again. Never. I have been going to this location for over 5 years multiple times a week. I myself, work in the restaurant industry in management and have for over 15 years. I don't like to leave bad reviews and just don't. Until today. I have noticed the customer service declining in the last few months at this particular location but have never been treated as poorly as I was today. I ordered my venti coffee and normally on Sunday's pay for the person behind me as well. Just got done running some errands and using my debit card at 3 different places with NO issues. I have plenty of money in my account and my debit card is fine. Girl tried to run my card and it wouldn't read it she said. She asked if I had another form of payment and I said no I do not. I asked them to try to enter it manually as that is a simple fix for card reader errors and the error was on their end. She refused and by this time 3 other employees including the manager were all in the window being so so rude to me. I asked the manager to try my card again as there is no issue with my card. She refused to enter it manually tried the register reader and came back and told me nothing else she could do but she could hold my 4 dollar coffee for me if I wanted to go to the ATM and come back. The other employee suggested since it was already made to just give it to me but the manager said no way very rudely then laughed at me again. They were making fun of me to my face. They held up their very long Sunday line to be awful to me over a $4 coffee that honestly at this point should have just been given to me. She asked me if I would like her to hold my drink for me and I said no thanks and left in tears. Mortified. I went down the road to the Starbucks in the Randall's. Had great customer service, used the same debit card and my payment went right through. Shame on the "manager" at this location for the treatement I received today. You just lost a customer that frequented your location up to 6 times a week normally. As a restaurant manager myself, and my sister being a GM of a Starbuck's in Louisiana, this treatment was some of the worst I have seen in the customer service industry. Read moreWhen I order at the window, I ask for an “iced chai with no water,” because of how often it comes made wrong (with water). They always say, “it doesn’t come with water,” as if I don’t know that. I’m asking to PLEASE not put water in it and use full pumps, so it doesn’t taste watered down. Arguing with a customer is not necessary, for $6, I’d like to get the drink I actually try to order. They remade my drink and it was still wrong (didn’t use full pumps the 2nd time) I ended up going to the next location closer to I-45 and asking for a replacement, and they were kind and gave me a correct one.
When I order “an iced chai with no water,” they should just put a note on the cup that says “no water” (easy, I used to work at Starbucks, that’s why I know how to make the drink) and go on with their day. This location has been snotty multiple times and provides the lowest of service.
Also, they didn’t pull my bagel apart before toasting it, so it was all mushy and not toasted on the inside. And when I’ve asked for “double toasted,”which means running it through the oven twice, they never do it.

Read moreThis location made my drink incorrectly, I ordered a venti caramel macchiato, when I called they said they would be sure to make it right the next time and met with excuses of “usually the caramel falls to the bottom” instead of listening to me when I said there wasn’t any caramel present in my drink. They didn’t even attempt an apology or make up for their mistake. To make matters worse this morning they ran my card before scanning my points and said they would reverse the charge. When we checked our bank they had charged us 3 times, only once was refunded, so we paid $22.00 for 2 coffees. The supervisor argued with me insisting it would take more time to reflect in my bank account instead of listening to what I had to say.
