Subway — Restaurant in League City

Their bread is always dried out since they leave the ovens open too long for the bread to cool down after cooking. I was in a hurry one day and the lady ahead of me was slow to make up her mind. There was another server, so I chose something simple (ham, cheese, mayo, and that's it). The server moved my sandwich ahead to the register, then walked away to serve someone else. I was left standing there to wait. I asked, "are you going to check me out so I can go?" The kid and the manager both made me wait for the lady that couldn't make up her mind. ("She is ahead of you") I should have just left, but I was hungry and no time to go anywhere else. The server kept smirking like it was amusing to make me wait. After years and years of going there two and three times a week, I am done with the nonsense. They were rude and indifferent to me saying I needed to go. I will never go back and if I could give a negative star...

ALLYSON gave HORRIBLEEE customer service. I watched her talk on her CELL PHONE, in the back where customers could clearly see her, for AT LEAST 5 minutes before even greeting us. She had a bad attitude like she was mad we were there. I came and ordered the EXACT SAME THING as the day prior but for some odd reason she added an extra $1.50 to each sandwich for apparently “cheese” as Allyson stated like she was making up prices. I still have not been given a valid reason why there was an extra $2.50 added to my total price. The sandwich’s were sloppy and cold even though I requested toasted. She did not even provide napkins in my bag, I had to ask for them. This is NOT the first bad experience. I'm just absolutely blown away by the experience I just endured. The woman with green hair and dark skin at the cash register kept talking to her coworker while I was waiting patiently. Then, when I said something she turned to the man who was making the sandwiches and told him to check me out. He gave me my total, and I mentioned how the price was different than the night before. She comes up behind him and slams (literally) the calculator on the counter in front of me. When I said, "that must be a heavy calculator" she admitted, "no. I slammed it".
