I went to get dinner at the Panda Express in League City, TX on FM 270 at 6pm on September 6, 2017 and when I got home to eat it, there was NO beef in my broccoli beef, the broccoli was so old it was chewy and shriveled up, my chow mein was luke warm and chewy, and my spring rolls were smashed flat to the point the filling was coming out. I've had problems at this location multiple times but never to this extent. It's completely unacceptable that I didn't get any beef, and that the rest of my food was old. I wasted my money on old broccoli and chow mein. I feel like I got ripped off because the beef is the most expensive part of the meal and the rest of the food is so inedible I threw it in the trash. I've given this store so many chances and lots of my money because I actually love the food at Panda. I never had an issue with Panda until I moved to this city and only had this store to choose from. The majority of the employees here take forever to get your food or answer the drive-through even if there's no one there, and could care less if they're giving you old food or the correct order. Worst customer service. Oh, do yourself a favor and don't order a Dr. Pepper. The last 3 times I've ordered one their mix was out and I just got bubbly brown tinted water. Read moreMy family of 6 eats at Panda Express regularly. I have been to this location several times and they are frequently out of items. Tonight was the worst, I waited in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes before struggling with the other person to place an order for 6 people which I had to change multiple times because of missing menu items only to finally finish the order pull up and be told that they are out of other items. When asked why are they are always out of stuff the manager told me because they have to stop cooking at 8 in order to clean up everything. I have previously owned a restaurant which has stopped me before from writing a bad review but this waste of time tonight has me here writing this. As an owner, I would gladly pay the 3 minimum wage employees the extra time it would take to clean the restaurant instead of them doing it while the restaurant was still open. I know they missed out on a $60 order when I drove off upset. Even at a food cost of 25% my order alone paid for their time. I arrived at PE at 8:20 pulled up to receive my order at 8:39 when I was informed of the missing menu items. I'm done with this location. As a frequent patron of this restaurant, I consistently experience a warm welcome upon entering. This positive atmosphere has inspired me to share my thoughts, despite not having completed a survey before.
One employee who consistently stands out is Eric. Although I am unsure of his official title—whether he is a manager or holds another position—he is frequently present and always greets customers with enthusiasm. His commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment, even during busy times, is truly commendable.
Eric’s professionalism and positive demeanor greatly enhance my dining experience. It is evident that he brings a remarkable attitude to his work, which is especially noteworthy given the various challenges we all face in our lives. His ability to create a joyful atmosphere not only makes me feel valued as a customer but also encourages me to return regularly.
