I am writing this review because I'm tired of having the few things that have happen that have led to a little frustration between these whataburger places that I've been going to from messed up my order(had to go back and have it rectify), 2nd messed up order was so frustrated I didn't go back for a while, then I finally went back and order a 2 large fries waited about 20mins + then when I got home an check wasn't even a full thing of fries(thinking waited 20+mins for this), then last time I went I specific repeated no onions and when the person repeated my order I said please no onions just add tomatoes and avocados and thought there is no way they would put onions(I am not personally allergic to onions(I have not eaten onions in ages HATE the smell an though of even the taste) however someone I know is). I did not call because last two times I did they wanted me to come an get the order fixed. If I wanted to be driving back and forth I would have been an uber drive. FASTFOOD chain to a degree need to be held responsible for delivering correct order for such screw-ups. In closing, when I took my sandwich out of the bag and I smell the onions I just crossed my fingers that it was just close by when they made my sandwich because when I open it and saw it I couldn't even stomach to remove and kept eating, felt like...
Read moreIf their printer does not print your order that you order online, they will say that it was not paid for, and that DoorDash are basically picking up the order for free. Of course, this does not make any sense because Dashers are not sent to stores for free and we have an order number that even though was not physically printed out by the stupid little printer, you can look up in the system and see that it was in fact paid for and should be then made For the customer to be delivered. But whatever it is the grease fumes the fact that it’s so late at night whatever it is has taken away this particular woman’s ability to logically spell the reason why she’s not giving me the order is beside the point the fact is she accused me of stealing food and trying to pick up something for free when I have an order number which in all Reality is the evidence and the receipt that the order was paid for by the customer and is to be delivered by me, but this woman’s arguments as nonsensical as they were were able to stand and they could not have been more relieved to not make food, but I wish that they would just say that that they would rather not make food That is ordered online And would not let me place the order and pay for it to be made. Read moreI was at the drive thru, saw them hand the person ahead of me my order. After a few minutes of looking through the order she gave it back. When I moved up. I saw where they were changing the bags out then I was handed that order. I teased the the young girl that the person didn’t want my order and she quickly said oh no, that wasn’t your order. It was, to which I responded OK, with doubt. She kept replying that it wasn’t my order.. she said she could get the mgr, one of the other coworkers (heavyset with multi colored braids of black and bleach) on the window walked up to the area and questioned her. The young girl told that I didn’t believe her. That person then smarted off with a bad attitude of we changed out the order. BOLD FACED 2nd lie. I told the little girl that I was going to s/w mgr over the smart mouth female. They should’ve just come clean. I have 3 Whataburgers that I could go to. I probably won’t go back to this one. I wasn’t asking for a new order and I was teasing the young girl that was waiting on me. They had the receipts wrong on the bags. Just tell the truth.
