Tina made an amazing cake for a small birthday celebration. I needed a gluten-free, dairy-free cake. While I am an ok baker with traditional stuff, I knew this would be hard, even if I hired a professional.

The cake Tina made was amazing! The frosting tasted like real buttercream! Everyone loved it and devoured their slice.

One lady said, "cut me a small slice; I don't like gluten-free OR dairy-free cakes." She ate the entire slice and debated getting more! The next day, the same lady took a large slice of the cake and said, "I have been thinking about having another slice of this cake all day."

I have now had the great pleasure of enjoying not one, not two, not three, but four of Tina's delicious homemade cakes. Tina herself is super friendly, affordable, communicative, and fast. She was able to turn around a surprise party cake on just a few days' notice -- and right before the Easter holiday, no less. Her cakes are gorgeous, unique, and (best of all) super tasty. Easily the best cake I've ever had in my life....
