Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Leavenworth

We tried calling several times and the line was always busy. We managed to get through a few times and no one answered, so we decided to drive out. When we showed up they were hammered with customers.

The parking lot is a complete mess! No lines for people to know where to park so peoples take up several spots. The lot is narrow so hard for people to pull in and out. We were almost hit by people trying to back out so I moved to the front when someone left.

I went in to order and you can tell the employees were tired. There was no “how can I help you”, but more of a blank stare, so I just started ordering not sure if they were ready.

First thing I asked for was the Italian cheese sticks and was told they don’t have them. I was confused because I saw it on the menu. Come to find out, they were just out for the night. I ordered extra sauce for the regular bread sticks and was given cold sauce. I asked if they had warm sauce and was told no, they keep them in the cooler. That was a first.

I ordered around 7:15 pm on a Saturday night and again, they were busy. I left at 7:34pm, so they were quick. When I ordered I asked how long it may take and I didn’t get a response, so i asked.. 15, 20 or 30 minutes? I just wanted a time frame and was told “something like that “.

The thick crust was basically full or grease, the breadsticks were covered in a butter sauce which was ok. The BBQ wings were not Buffalo Wild Wings but did the trick. A little rubbery. The pizza taste like a cheap pizza would and I know I won’t waste my trip going back to this location. Drove about 15-20 minutes to wait only to be let down. To say that this location is slow would be an affront to the mentally challenged who work there. I stopped by thinking I had arrived at a Little Caesar’s pizza which actually turned out to be a time-sucking cult who feed off the wasted hours of your life. I blacked out at one point to be awakened by another victim who was directed to park and wait as well. She asked how long I had been waiting. I asked what day it was…she said Friday. No…THE YEAR, WHAT YEAR IS IT???

Suffice it to say, I missed many things. I heard the government fell to aliens who are our new overlords…inventions such a device that can transmit pictures through the air and pizza ovens that cook food in under 2 hours…and the fantastical technology given by our new overlords…but I also missed the birth of my child and their subsequent graduation from college 22 years later…I hear I have grandchildren that have settled out west, but I have never seen them. I only gave it one star because I had too or else it would have been -10. Order was suppose to be ready at 5:47, was told it would be 10 minutes more. At 6:20 was still waiting. Finally got the attention of the little man that claimed he was the manager (wouldn’t give me his name) and he said I was told wrong and should have been told it was a 20-30min longer. The only reason I waited that long to begin was because I paid online. Asked the little man with glasses the number for corporate and he said “it’s their fault anyway but you have to look it up online” Finally got my food and got home, the pizza was in fact not cut at all, crazy bread had none of the Parmesan garlic butter on it and the Italian cheese bread was burnt. Tried calling store and ohhh big surprise no answer. Corporate also has an email waiting for them in the morning. This place is trash and not worth a quick dinner, note to self go somewhere else next time. And most of the employees don’t really have the intelligence level to make...
