I just got 4 envelopes in the mail from T-Mobile. I inquired about their service like two weeks ago. Come to find out the ran my credit four times. In case you're wondering I only gave them permission once. So I call to try and resolve the matter and have the inquiries removed. The idiot that answers the phone calls me a liar, says they would never do that. I said I wasn't calling to argue with him, that I wanted it fixed because they did pull it four times. He says well "if you're going to act like that to me I'm not going to help you." I called him a nice name and hung up. I then proceeded to call their corporate location and spoke to the department that "handles these issues", so it's happened before and on multiple occasions if they have a department that specifically handles these situations. The lady that answers the phone says it's my responsibility to contact the credit companies to have the inquiry removed. I told her that her company was the responsible party and they should have never been inquired at that amount and that they are at fault. She literally say "well that's not my problem", you need to call the credit reporting companies. Can you say law suit! No wonder T-Mobile is trash. Btw they tried to charge us almost $600 deposit per line. I went to Att and got both lines for less than $200 out of pocket including phones. Theirs was pre-phone cost. Don't ever use this local T-Mobile. The workers are incompetent even. They argued about pulling my credit with my social and the effect on my credit report even. Very uneducated and enough so to get themselves sued. So good luck in Leavenworth, we don't stand for shady...
Read moreI have been to this location before and they were not helpful at all. I was hesitant to go yesterday afraid of the same treatment. However, it was a totally different experience. Mitchell was personable and helped with every request. When I had questions about fees and options he nicely explained. He would explain the breakdown of all the expenses; I bought a new phone, accessories, an iPad, a new line for my iPad, and added someone to my plan. Instead of sending me home to call to transfer my mom to my plan he took the time to help us in store. I’m not sure what changes have been made at this store but it is a totally different, much more customer friendly place now. I am elated that I no longer have to drive to Zona Rosa to receive good help with my T-Mobile problems. Thank you...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service. The so called long haired stoner manager will lie to your face to make a sale and then when you try to return a phone they will try to add all kinds of fees to get rid of the phone. When you ask to speak to a manager they will tell you that they can't give you the managers info and then smile and smirk at you as you leave the store. Absolutely the worst customer service I've dealt with in a long time. Wish I could give them zero stars. Was given false information when I got a phone for a short term fix from them and now they can't give me a managers info to resolve the issue. Supposedly long haired stoner manager is the only one that can resolve an issue. Guess he is the CEO of the company. What a...
