Subway — Restaurant in Leavenworth

I hate complaining but I'm genuinely so frustrated. For the second time my bread is rock hard around the edges to the point it's completely inedible. Ordered spinach and was given literally two leaves of spinach, okay fine but they made sure to add as many pickles as possible leaving the bread that isn't hard to the touch disgustingly soggy. On top of all that I had the order delivered and instead of making the order when it comes in the way they are meant to they decided to wait until the driver got there, so I was waiting an extra ten minutes. This is honestly the worst subway in town and I would recommend Jimmy Johns to anyone who asks. I went to the 4th street Subway on Saturday 7/15/2022. I needed four sandwiches for my five person family. The manager, Ray refused saying that the owner had given a limit of 3 sandwiches. He wouldn’t let my son order his separately because it would still be part of my family. He refused to give me the owners name. But I got it from the other Subway anyway. When I questioned him, he refused to make any of my sandwiches. I went to the Subway on 4th and Metropolitan and it was a much better experience. Part of my issue is that they’re all owned by the same guy and if that’s how I’m going to be treated, I’m not sure I want to go to any of them. Sad because I’ve been going to Subway multiple times per week lately. I have a recording if the owner is interested in seeing, or just look at the cameras...

Ordered and paid online. Got there 5 min after my order was supposed to be done. Only 1 person working and making the sandwiches for another online order that a guy was waiting on. When it came to my turn, been waiting 5 mins, my order had not even been started. Had to wait on a guy ahead of me in line then she made my sandwiches. Was 35 min of waiting at the store before my order was done. Sandwiches were throw together, very messy and unappealing. Friday night at dinner time and only 1 person working and no communication that my order would not be ready at the time subway stated. Won't eat...
