Starbucks — Restaurant in Leavenworth

Starbucks can be great, and this store started out amazing. It’s definitely gotten worse as it has been open longer. I’m paying almost $10 for one medium drink, if I get add-ons they should be in my drink. The past few times I have went I ordered drinks with something or multiple things added in and they are not in my drink. It’s stuff that is definitely noticeable if it were in there. I think the staff can be nice and I don’t normally say anything because they can be really busy and I completely understand that, but when the parking lot is empty and there are 12 staff members inside I was kind of hoping for my drink to be made the way I paid for it. So frustrating! First time visit to Starbucks. I received a gift card and I was excited to try something different. I ordered a Cheese Danish and a slice of Banana Nut Bread. For the expensive prices I was expecting a taste of heaven. However, I received a taste of stale day old pastries. The Banana Nut Bread had that stale refrigerated taste to it. The bread was so dry I almost choked. I gave the rest to my partner and after one bite he threw it in the trash. The Cheese Danish tasted like something I could buy at a gas station. This Starbucks is by far the worst I have ever seen... The staff is always rude to my friends and I when we go there! We say please and thank you, and in return we get an angry look. They also always mess up our drinks. My friend one time ordered a white chocolate mocha, and she got a regular mocha. Another time, I ordered a frappuccino, and I got a latte. Lastly, I went there with my friend, and she ordered a vanilla bean frap with chocolate drizzle. The guy gave her a totally different drink, so she asked him to remake it politely.
