The employees are always very friendly. I'm thinking management has been limiting ingredients lately. On a mushroom pizza you now get a very small sprinkling of mushrooms or whatever your topping is. If you order pasta, the top is good, but make sure you have your own sauce at home since the pasta below has never touched any sauce and is quite dry. They are keeping their prices low, which is great, but just know that you may need to supplement your pasta or toppings. You can also purchase extra marinara if you don't have sauce at home. If you get an Alfredo pasta just add a little Ragu, Classico or even Kroger sauce to the naked pasta under the layer of toppings. It's a small sacrifice for quick food at a reasonable price. Ive been going here for 5 yrs and ive never been so appalled at the service or quality of food as I was today. The employees had terrible attitudes especially one young guy who had alot of blemishes on his face. When people were calling in he told the guy up front to “tell them itll be a 2 hour wait thatll keep them away.” I should’ve walked out right there, my order was 2/3 done for 30 minutes and getting cold then they finally started to make the other pizza. By that time my pizza and wings were cold, once I got home our food all tasted terrible and they shorted me on my pizza. Sucks because this location used to be good. Now? Worse servise ever I ordered online for a hotspot. The order was supposed to be delivered for 12:03 pm . i was 7 minuted beforebecause the app suggested it. The driver never show up even tho i waited 36 minutes and the store is 7 minutes away from the spot that i was waiting on. When i called the store one eployee wasn't nice at all acted sarcastic because i cancelled the order. And finally the driver called me with "my order" (30 minutes late) and when i told her that i canceled the order she got mad a hang up.
