I work a lot and don't have a big family I have to cook for, so buying groceries and cooking meals isn't always ideal for me. So I've ordered dominos from this location quite a bit especially when I've had a long day. I work in specialty retail and I know prices have skyrocketed everywhere since COVID. I worked pre-pandemic and through the pandemic. I saw it and had to manage it like everyone else. I saw dominos do the same. But I wouldn't leave a negative review on this particular location just because of the pricing increase. I know it's not the managers or the employees choice. I also know most reviews left and that hurt the most are negative. People hardly leave a positive review when they get great service or even decent nowadays. So I wanted to. STEVEN has been one of the delivery driver's I've gotten the most recently and he has been one of the friendliest (even saying hi to my dog) driver's I've ever had. I did have another one (I unfortunately don't know his name, it was an older gentleman) from this location who smiled and said it was okay when my senior dog (who has recently passed) pushed her way out and he insisted on meeting her and letting her smell him and even pet her (pizza crust was her favorite). It's the first dominos location in a long time where I get all my sauces 99% of the time. Read moreIf I could rate a “0”, I absolutely would. I do not take the time to write negative reviews if it’s something minor, but I was absolutely in awe of the disgusting customer service. First, the front door was locked at 8:30 pm, which is the same door that has the store hours on it, stating that they did not close until 12am. One of the employees looked at me and motioned to pull around to the drive through continuously and WOULD NOT let me in. I proceeded to pull around to the drive through where I waited, not being addressed, and witnessed an employee on the phone with, I assume, a customer placing an order. I then witnessed the employee have a disagreement with the customer, followed by a lovely “motherf*”. It is one thing to speak to a customer this way and it is an entirely different thing to have yet another customer witness you act this way. I requested to speak to the manager and the only response I got was “I know, we are short handed”. There was zero attempt at service recovery. Read moreI have been ordering from this dominos ever since I moved to lebanon a few years back. Yeah I've gotten cold pizzas on busy nights or had long wait times... Its to be expected sometimes... I mean its a quick pizza food chain. So I dont really complain much... But the other night was by far ridiculous! I ordered a meatzza pizza online and some bacon jalapeno cheesy bread ( customized and clicked no jalapenos) even checked review order before checking out. This was at 9:30. It said delivery time would be 15 to 20 minutes. Okay so ill probably see my pizza around 10:30? Right? Well 11:15 rolls by and I call and the lady proceeds to tell me she was left there by herself all night besides the delivery driver and yes she did apologize and said the driver was out delivering and then would be back to pick mine up. I finally got my pizza at MIDNIGHT and there was JALEPENOS in my cheesy bread and it was extremely doughy barley cooked... The cheese wasent even really melted. We didnt even want to eat it... The neighbor kids got it. Probably going to be a while before i order from them again. I think ill stick with pizza hut or something...
