Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lebanon

They where so rude in the drive thru window I tried ordering 2 coffees and 2 sweet black pepper bacon sandwich’s they said anything else after I had ordered the first sandwiches and I said one second as I was talking to people in my car about what they wanted I then asked for the second sandwich and they goes thank u have a nice day and so I said it again thinking they didn’t hear me and where talking to someone inside when I got to the window it took 20 minutes for them to even take my money and they said 22.something and I go it should be under $20 there’s 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches they rudely said that I ordered 3 and the manager came over to the window gave me a nasty look didn’t say anything to me took it off the bill when I finally opened my food up it was all smashed and disgusting looking like they put there hands on the sandwiches and made a fist this is extremely disgusting and disappointing I always go here because they staff where always so nice and always got my order right but I will not be coming back because of the two women working today at 3:30pm on 7/10/23 if I could give 0 starts I would came again today 7/11/23 and never knew an English muffin was a croissant for the sweet black pepper...

I just wanna start off with; Me and my best friend used to work at this Dunkin. Iv been going to this one for years up till I moved to VA. I went back this weekend for some drinks while on the way to see family and Jen the supposed to be new manager is SOOOOOOO absolutely rude and has ZERO hygiene. She not only spoke to me like I was a toddler, she slammed the drive thru widow shut on me before I could answer HER question on what I was waiting on.. mind you I waited 30 min in the drive thru for 4 drinks all basic coffees except one latte with no one else in drive thru. She also has been seen not only by me but others threatening and being VERY disrespectful to customers AND her staff. I used to love it here until she became part of the crew. I’m a manager for my Dunkin now and this absolutely broke my heart. Someone please fire her so this Dunkin can be good again ❤️ only a caring customer and manager...

Went through the drive thru and service was extremely rude. First when taking our order the person was extremely impatient. There's no reason to be snarky or raise your voice because someone takes two seconds to think or because someone was asking what options they had. Then when we got to getting our food and the lady was even more rude. She handed us our drinks and I asked my grandmother which one was mine cause I can't see well and the lady snapped at us about which is which. Then when we got our food she was extremely judgemental about how much we got. If you ask me, I dont think four items (2 small things and 2 sandwiches) is a lot for 2 people. Even if it is, your job isn't to judge people for what they eat based on one order you handed out. We both hadn't eaten all day, we were getting our first meal before taking me to...
