I would not recommend this Little Caesars. I have put off writing this review for a while. I'll explain, I try not to make quick judgments on these reviews when I have a bad experience. I know that people have bad days and make poor choices sometimes, so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. With that in mind, after my latest visit here, I feel a bad review is needed. In the last 4 months, at least 3 of our visits here have gone as follows. I pull up to the dive threw window. The same employee yells from inside that she will be there in a minute. I wait for 5 to 15 minutes. After which, she then comes to the window and asks what we would like to order. I ask for Italian cheese bread. This is about the only thing we ever get her for one of my family members. They then say it will take about 15 minutes to make... I understand they are busy. However, if she had taken my order when I arrived, I wouldn't be waiting 30 minutes for Italian cheese bread. This is poor time management in my opinion, and since it keeps happening, I believe I have no choice but to leave a bad review. I know it's Little Ceasars, and what do I expect? Well, someone who can multitask a little better while taking orders would be nice.

The pretzel crust pizza was made with regular dough and hardly any cheese sauce, terrible. The supposed stuffed pepperoni and cheese crust pizza was equally awful. Couple that with waiting at drive thru window for 8 minutes, they knew we were there but simply didn't acknowledge our presence. There is a huge language barrier now, very difficult to simply convey the order, didn't work by name. When returned home with the "pizzas" we discovered the mess we were given. Not to mention the lady who came to the window was dressed like she was going to bed, certainly not working in a restaurant. All in all won't be returning for this bizarre...

I reached out to customer service, they didn’t want to hear me just told me I would receive 15% of my order as a refund and rushed me off the phone. Okay, so I wait and get my refund in the amount of $1.50, about half the amount of the soda. So I call again, customer service was helpful and explained I received the maximum of 10% for a missing drink per company policy. Mind you that is 10% of the order, not the total cost with delivery fees etc. I don’t really care about the money, but I am very principal based and don’t understand how my refund can only be half of the value of something I paid for and did...
