Edit to add that after switching to Budget on Mills for several months, I tried giving this Enterprise location a chance bc it's 2 miles from my house... but NOPE. They confirmed, yet again, that i will have to be hassled, lied to, inconvenienced etc. Budget on Mills is so friendly, so simple, offer to help before you might need to ask for any... just overall the experience you want when needing a rental.
Daniel-- you're the only helpful agent at Lebanon enterprise. Im sorry the manager and Michael are not good models for executing customer service. Please stay at this location and make your goal to become manager, as you may be this location's only hope.

This location has the most limited inventory I've yet to experience. Which is what it is.... but then they tried to put me and my TODDLER in a car that absolutely REEKED of cigarettes. They wanted to charge ME for an upgrade... bc the ONLY car available is DIRTY AND UNACCEPTAPLE for a nonsmoker! Finally they offered an upgrade without a charge, but it smelled like blunts! The manager tried saying that is the "normal" scent of the car/cleaner... but after driving the rental and turning on the a/c, it was clear this rental had been smoked in too.
Anyways, a month later and I just saw a $65 charge randomly appear on my card. I'll be calling this morning to find out why, as I feel I should be refunded for my experience. I'll edit to update what happens after my call on this unexpected charge that I know will be no fault of my own. Everyone trying to make a buck... where's the customer...
Read moreTo be fair, we have rented here before with zero problems, great customer service, and an excellent vehicle. I am not sure what happened between then and now, but this place took a turn, way down hill. We made a reservation one month in advance for a large vehicle as we have 7 people traveling together. The DAY before I get a call from a wonderful frontline employee, she really went to bat for us, informing me that they will not have the requested vehicle due some reason or another. I was promised that they qould call othe locations to find a suitable replacement. Theu found a 15 passenger van and asked if i would take that. I explained that i prefered not to because of my passengers being at both ends of the age spectrum. I also requested that they hold it as a last resort. I showed up the next day and i come to find out the GM or owner did not have one ordered nor cared enough to address the problem themselves. They had my customer service person inform me they didn't have one nor a back up. So the 15 passenger van it was. We'll that van probably has been sitting in the lot since 1990. 100 percent hard pass. Worst management team I have come across. Absolutly shameful...
Read moreI rented my first vehicle from enterprise to attend a funeral for a family member in November of 2014. The staff was courteous, efficient and very friendly. This past two weeks I have taken two out of town trips for the passing of my father. It was a very emotional time and the staff at Enterprise; Clinton, Caitlin, and Colin in particular made a very difficult time much easier for me. They picked me up from my home because I didn't have transportation to their location on that particular day. They extended my stay over the phone based on unforeseen circumstances while staying with family during the funeral days. We stayed in phone contact on my drive home as inclement weather delayed my return of the car by an hour. They waited for my return and even drove me home due to the weather conditions. They were understanding, efficient, and treated me like family. I will always call on them to assist me because to them.....I am a person and not just another car out the door. My sincere...
