Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Lebanon

Worst service ever I walked up to the window where I saw people waiting they got there ice cream and I finally walked up to the window and went to speak in which he lady slammed the window in my face so I waited for service and continued to wait while they all saw me and said nothing I didn't knowing they at only one window takes orders till I saw another man walk to the other window to order So then I walked to the other window behind the man ordering after he was done I walked up again the window was slammed in my face and I had to wait again Finally someone came and took my order mind you I was able to see the interaction between her and the older man and I was treated completely different I finally ordered and stepped to the second window and received my blizzard it was so runny and wasn't served upside down on top of it was wrong but I didn't complain because they were all just so rude and I didn't want to make a scene and decided I would call later to talk to a manager in which I got home and noticed they never gave me my receipt

So the run down of my experience They are way over priced for the small was 3.50 Rude customer service Wrong order on top of it...

As far as I've come to understand from Dairy Queen, the food we was served is not up to their standard. Or should I say not what it used to be. The ice-cream cone was supposed to be a twist not 1/2 the cone chocolate and half vanilla it's supposed to be twisted so it is a marble consistency Like fudge ripple ish the hotdogs What were soggy? The buns aren't even the same toasted. Bonds that they became famous for total bust. Will never eat there again. Hands down. So disappointed, dairy queen, I wish the olden days would come back. I love that this Dairy Queen actually offers the classic Orange Julius! My latest favorite is a modified Banana Split. A clever Dairy Queen employee suggested a Banana Split Blizzard when I said the normal Banana Split sounded good but was too much ice cream for me. Wow! I tried the Blizzard version and fell in love. It was sooo good. No worries if that is not your personal favorite, there are dozens of other choices and combinations! Bonus points...there is a nice grassy area in the back of this DQ with pretty picnic tables. Check it out...your kids...
