The food was good and the service was okay, however the atmosphere was terrible. My buddy and I were very hungry and went on a really long bike ride so we needed food and a cool (temperature) place to relax and feed our faces. However I don't know what was going on, but it was like a "childrens day care" in the restaurant. There was a table as soon as you walk in on the left that had 2 boys sitting there yelling at each other, their phones and their phones were blaring so loud. So we went to the other side. The other side had another table with 2 more kids and they were on their phones doing the same thing. The one that was being a kid even had head a set so no one could hear the obnoxious loud phone but chose not to use them. All in all the experience was not relaxing because of the uncontrollable bouncing around, yelling and phones blaring. It of course is NOT the children's fault! It's 100% the MANAGEMENT and the PARENTS FAULT!!!! I hope next time I go in there that the children are there, but that their parents have asked them to be calm and that there is a business to run and people pay good money to come and enjoy their food, not to listen to their children have "romper room time". A buddy of mine mentioned I should try the food here.. so I did.. im constantly on the lookout for good cheese steaks.. growing up in Philly.. it gets difficult to find good cheese steaks and cheese fries outside of home.. well I gave em a shot.. ordered cheese fries.. they were good.. but definitely could have used more cheese.. was thrilled to see they had a pepperoni cheese steak which has been my go to in Philly since the late 80's. I ordered just like I did growing up.. extra meat extra cheese.. well hands down the extra meat was indeed extra meat.. you will not be dissatisfied with the amount of meat you'll get.. could have used a bunch more meat to make it a great cheese steak.. Mannino's Pizzeria has been at Lebanon Valley Mall since I was a teenager and I remember the owner Sal and he was one of the best people I ever had the opportunity to meet. I would go to the mall on weekends when we didn't have school and as a teenager I was kinda an outcast from other teenagers and I would and a few slices of pizza with mushrooms at Mannino's Pizzeria and the owner Sal was so kind to me and we talked about everything and as I grew up his sons took over Franko and Rico and I was out at the Mall yesterday I stopped by Mannino's Pizzeria to get something to eat and drink and I had a nice conversation with the staff and until this very day there pizza and Italian cuisine is still the best in my own opinion.
