I find it difficult to believe that store #4141 lets their employees rob right under their noses. In receiving associates have things in the back that they don’t throw away and instead they take them out back and some of their contractor spouses or even other employees take the merchandise that was supposed to be thrown away since the beginning and take them home for their own benefit. There are also other employees, like supervisors, who give discounts to people they know, even though they are not supposed to give discounts to the general public. Additionally, associates and Pro Desk members offer discounts to relatives and friends, or provide them with free products. In addition, employees with contractor spouses have extra benefits through the Home Depot App because of Pro Extra. As well as giving discounts on paints to their friends and other employees when they are not supposed to, employees also get those paints for a low cost of $25 or $50. As well, I've seen Home Depot products resold at auctions rather than Home Depot itself. As for employees not doing their jobs, they simply run away from potential clients by running around the store. When these things happen in front of an LPS, something is totally wrong with their skill set. They need to be trained thoroughly. Home Depot lets all of these slip through without doing anything about them, so stop letting these employees get away with things like this. I paid almost $7000k for this windows project to replace 7 windows. The windows I received; Simonton, were very bad quality vinyls, very flimsy, very poor design and they look very cheap and the window doesn't say anything about being a Simonton brand. The interior window trim brand is different from the actual windows that made the interior finish very poor and made the overall look very bad. This wasn't my expectation. I didn't pay all this money to get this bad job. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with the whole process. The consultant never told me about how bad quality will be and about the inconsistency with the windows trim. This is really unacceptable. I really feel I got deceived. Do not purchase Home Depot windows and installation it's horrible. You will be very disappointed. All they care about is getting your money. Then they say they're gonna help you by replacing the windows. The replacement windows are worse than the ones they initially installed. Be smart go somewhere else for windows and installation. I will probably end up having to hire a professional window person to come and do all of my trim on my windows. Sadly! That's what I thought I was getting from Home...

Horrible delivery service! Bought a dryer and delivery was scheduled for 11-24-23 between 7am and 11am. Truck pulls in at 6:20am and neither man spoke any English. Didn’t / couldn’t understand them at all and neither wanted to be bothered installing the new dryer. Their first reason was the old dryer was sitting there and they claim they aren’t allowed to touch it or handle the old appliance and the second reason was they weren’t allowed to sit the new dryer on our old pedestal. I ask them what they are allowed to do during install’s as this is one excuse after another not to do the job! They kept pointing to paperwork in their hand and shaking their heads no no no! I told both them to get the hell out of my house and I shut and locker the door! They were more than happy to hurry up jump in their truck and drive off! I called Home Depot to complain and was told it was a “3rd party” delivery company and there was nothing they could do about the ordeal. I ask that my money be refunded and I will NEVER buy from Home Depot again! EVER!!! Do yourselves a favor and buy elsewhere!
