A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Lebanon

My boyfriend and I decided to go and get some food. We went through drive-thru and bought $20 worth of food. We got a famous bowl, chocolate shake, and a popcorn chicken basket. We got our drinks first, and the shake. It was not blended at all and there was NO chocolate, that you could see, and it wasn’t even full all the way. It was only 3/4 full. So I went inside to return the shake, because we ordered a chocolate shake, not a vanilla shake with chocolate swirls. The manager returned the drink with no problem but told me “that’s how we are told to make the shakes, each location does them differently” and I responded with “you are required to sell a vanilla shake with chocolate swirls, as a chocolate shake?” She gave me my $6.35 back in cash and we waited for the rest of our food. We got out to our car and went to dig in, and realized there was not a single fork or plastic cutlery in the bag. My boyfriend went inside and grabbed forks. Now we are on our way home and finish our drinks with in 5 minutes because the cups are filled 3/4 of the way with ice.

I get home to fill out a survey that’s on the receipt, and the website says that it is an invalid survey code.

It was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I got there and ordered no one in front of me waiting. They came out and announced that they were out of chicken breast. I had ordered a chicken tender meal. Six other people came in and ordered after me plus the drive-thru. I waited 30 minutes for my food. I asked a few times if it was coming soon and they just kept making up excuses and then they said they were out of chicken tenders and they had to make more so that would be another few minutes. They called my name finally handed me food and it wasn't mine. All six of the people in front of me got their food before me and we all basically ordered the same thing. The drive through at KFC/A&W was packed. I ordered $60 worth of food, 16 piece dinner meal. When igot up to the window they informed me They did not have white meat ready I could wait 15 min or change to all dark meat. So I changed to 16 piece dark .eat. asked if that adjusted the price since the menu stated an 8 piece with mashed potato, gravy, and biscuits. They adjusted the price to $24. They then handed me a bucket of chicken. I asked where is the rest and they said I did not order the meal. They charge me an additional $18.80 for one side oder. Per the menu $22 meal is 8 pieces dark meat only, 2 mash potato, 2 gravey, and 4 biscuits. So I wanted 2 of those, and got less then what I ordered. Which would have been 2 meals at $2 should have been $44 When I got home I had all original and I had ask for help and half, which was half original and half extra crispy. Ggrrr... they jacked my...
