Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lebanon

Yet another bad experience with a sonic chain…. Disappointing to say the least. Ordered a few things and after waiting for 15 minutes to receive my order, I was surprised to see only one part of my order. After realizing that most of my order was missing, I pressed the red button and had to ask for the remainder of the unaccounted food. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, I was brought out a bag, with which I assumed was the remainder of my order. I apparently have too high of expectations for this chain as I left without checking the bag, only to get back home and still find that a large part of my order was missing. The missing food accounted for 7 of the 21 dollars worth of my order. If I didn’t have to drive back to the sonic, I would ask for the remainder of my food, but I decided that it wasn’t worth the time and gas money and decided to call it quits. This is the 3rd time that sonic has taken an extended period of time to bring out an order, and seemingly the order is always incorrect. I used to have very fond memories of sonic growing up, but I have been disappointed one too many times. I don’t think I will be bringing anymore business to sonic unless something changes...

My boyfriend and I will never ever be back there ever again unless something changes there like have a actual Adult be a manager at night and not no teenagers who doing know what the hell their doing especially the 16yr old that is there Lindsay she was very rude to us so was the other teenage girl in charge. My boyfriend ordered hot fudge shake it didn't have fudge in it more vanilla then fudge my boyfriend can't eat vanilla ice cream the person was gonna make my boyfriend pay for the the chocolate shake when the hot fudge shake didn't come out right. I ordered Sweet Tea it was unsweetened I told the girl brought out 2nd time unsweetened with packages of sugar really Lindsay and other manager should be fired for the way they tweeted us. Also teenagers come there to drive their vehicles fast tear up signs just drives wrecklessly people in charge at night don't care or do their jobs right we won't be back there ever again unless things changes. Need to train them all right have a actual Adult manager not kids running it...

It is with a heavy heart I announce the passing of our dear friend, Sonic Drive-in, located at 524 West Main Street, Lebanon, Tennessee. I didn't go there often, but when I did, I knew what to expect. What I expected was for them to get my order wrong, as they have for the past six times I've visited. I remember the fond memories with Sonic. Like the time they disregarded simple instructions, like, "No mayonnaise" or "and a medium tater tot". When I was there I always new I was being treated specially. I could tell they took great care in making sure my order alone, even among my friends who ordered at the same time, was made specially for me, without any of the things I actually asked for. I will miss them dearly. Who else will I go to for industry standard burgers delivered to me at double the industry standard time at almost double the price.
