We had gotten some gift cards for Christmas and decided to go to Dairy Queen last night. There was no other customers there. The kid took our order then walked away so my husband asked if we could have our cups. Then we go to the drink machine and it’s just pouring carbonated water. So he goes to ask someone for help. They are just standing there talking ignoring him until he says something then they rudely ask well what’s wrong with it. He tells them. This went on for 10 minutes. Over him standing there waiting for his drink back after they come back again and ask what the problem is. There is only one girl working in the back while the manager and the rest of them are standing there doing nothing talking. I ordered chicken wings with ranch sauce. We also paid for an extra ranch. They didn’t give it to us. He went back up there to ask for it. The manager said yeah I already gave it to you, you have to pay extra for the other honey. He said I did. Then she said sorry and gave it to him. We start eating our food. The fries are cold and mushy. They acted like it was a hassle to do anything that should have already been done. Placed order, pulled up to window to hand them the phone for reward points. They said their scanner doesn't work. There is a pattern with this location. Bad attitudes, and poor workmanship. Ordered 3 Blizzards...received half melted and half made Blizzards. Royal ultimate chocolate brownie ended up be vanilla ice cream with a squirt if chocolate and some chocolate pieces. Not even mixed. I was there on Wednesday, July 5th at around 3pm. Expecting the same response they give everyone. "We are sorry for your poor experience, blah, blah, blah." FIX IT!!! We have all taken time out of our life and schedule to tell you about the repeating issues. Words are cheap and a joke. I average over $50 each order normally. Read morehonestly i’ve never left a review, i think reviews are stupid personally. but this was by far the worst drive thru experience i’ve ever had. i ordered $11 in food. sat in line before i got to the window for 15 minutes, then when i got to the window they said pulled me forward. i sat there for another 5-10 minutes until i finally called them. when i called them the young girl that answered the phone was super rude and was talking to me as if i was nothing. i told her i had been sitting in line for my food for 20-25 minutes on my lunch break and i didn’t have time to sit any longer. they didn’t know what i ordered, served atleast 7 people behind me, i believe they forgot about me. someone needs to get a grip on the girl that answered the phone and everyone standing around not doing anything in this store. oh and they forgot a item out of my bag and then proceeded to tell me i didn’t order it when it was on my receipt. -2/10 worst staff i’ve ever...
