I was so disappointed by the food here. I got fried chicken and my friend ordered bbq chicken pizza. The chicken was overcooked, the green beans were canned, and the mashed potatoes were sour. Like made with rotten milk? My friend's pizza was underdone but they put it back in the oven and then it was edible. So we ate, but not an enjoyable experience and won't be back.

Update: We asked for the check but it took forever. Then a guy came out and asked why I posted this "terrible review" instead of directly raising my concerns about the food. He said he would comp our whole meal (including drinks, which was unnecessary). I felt bad initially and offered to delete my review, but I've changed my mind. The guy argued about the freshness of the mashed potatoes, saying they just bought the milk and made the potatoes this morning. He said he was "picking up empty plates" as he cleared our table and rushed away. The plates weren't empty. They had the mashed potatoes, half the green beans, and some of the cheese and chicken from the pizza (the toppings also did not taste great). Yeah we ate the pizza crust and the fried chicken and I ate some of the canned green beans. We were hungry! Like I said, we ate. But we wanted to have a nice meal and a positive experience, and we definitely did not get that. Attempted to order dinner for pickup 1/27/23 from Thats Sports bar because we had heard good things. Placed an order through their online ordering system, went to go pick it up, only to find out it had been canceled. No phone call to me to notify. Staff said their system automatically cancels orders when they get too many. So just know that you may drive all the way there just to find out your order was canceled. Also you can't call them.... keeps asking for my phone number and a PIN every time I tried to call. Pretty disappointing. If you can't handle the orders, your system should have never let me place one. Or better yet, communicate with your customers.

Picked a time for pickup- earliest available was approx 30 min from when we placed the order (614), I chose 45 minutes later (7pm). Received an order confirmation as well as an email from ChowNow with a Thanks for supporting That Sports Bar. When my husband went in to get our food at 7pm, he was told it was canceled and the staff was aware that the ordering system...

I really want to love this place but many times the food or service falls short. I've been in plenty of times under the new (and current ownership). The food is getting slightly better overall, but can be pricey for the portions. I know they are trying to serve "quality products", hence the price, but 10 dollars for three chicken strips, and an extra buck for two dipping sauces on top of that is waaayy too much. Sides are often crinkle cut fries or tots which are the cheapest items on earth and don't scream "quality" to me. I've also gotten soggy underdone fries and several times food ordered together does not come out at the same time, or worse sits in the window (without a heat lamp) while the rest of the order gets prepared and gets served luke warm. And I've gotten a chicken sandwich where the piece of chicken was half the size of the bun - overpriced and very small. Service can be hit or miss too. It all depends on who you get waiting on you. This town needs a great bar, with some tweaks this could be it. I'm hoping they can work...
