Dealing with BK Home Improvement has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable in the work that he does and was able to take a look at the house and tell us exactly what we needed. Due to this being our first experience dealing with an insurance claim he stepped up and helped to guide us through the process and work with the claims adjuster to get everything taken care of even above and beyond what we thought was going to be covered. They took on a massive project with our house as the whole roof needed to be completely torn off and new decking placed down prior to the new shingles being installed. The crew sent out was extraordinarily professional and got the entire roof project done in one day. On top of the roof being done they found that the rafter tails on one side of the house all had some issues and instead of covering it up and moving on it was brought to our attention and fixed right on the spot with no additional charge to us! It has been very refreshing to find a company that is more concerned with completing the job and doing it the right way the first time than just doing the bare minimum. They also installed brand new gutters on our house which completely changed the look of the whole house and we could not be happier. The gutter crew was also very professional and got the gutters replaced in a timely manner. After the gutters had been replaced the crew that replaced them showed up again and explained that there was a joint made on the corner of one run that did not look up to their standard even though we would never be able to tell and they redid that portion of the gutters. That absolutely amazed us and is something rarely seen from a contracting company. I think the before and after pictures also speak for themselves about the quality of job that was done.
